«I especially appreciate Ms. Bell, Ms. Magestic, and Ms. Lavonda for their hospitality and going above and beyond to ensure great customer satisfaction. I was traveling from out of state in a Uhaul and my large snake plant fell over causing soil to spill in the truck. Ms. Lavonda and maintenance were very accommodating and the maintenance manager swept out the truck for me. «Location The outside of the facility was well maintains and well lit! The staff (Renata Sykes) was extremely courteous, professional and accommodating!!! I had a large party arriving in incremental hours and days. She was very proactive and flexible with the requests I made to accommodate the numbers of family and friends! Reason for Visit:Funeral of mother was excellent! Close to restaurants, grocery and shops.»

«Everyone was extremely personable. The cookies are a great touch. Bar was excellent. Only downside was the shower/tub, my mother has mobility issues and getting into a tub is difficult. It is better to have just a shower.»

«The clerk at the front desk was very friendly and at least had some type of Personality compared to some hotels I've been in. The hotel, however is one of the earlier models and is in serious need of an upgrade and renovation. The air conditioning thermostat in my room was broken, but to their credit I called downstairs and they sent me a maintenance person and we were able to something up so that I could still adjust the temperature in my room.»
