Spectacular Beaches, pool: hot tub, pickleball/ tennis, high end dining, casual dining.. all within walking distance. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day. We’ve had the good fortune of staying many different places in Hawaii and this location and villa is by far our favorite. This home is magical place to unwind and make family memories. »

«The villa was perfect for the two of us. Located within walking distance to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Communication with Susan was timely, detailed, and so easy. The place is easily mapped out with instructions, so we knew exactly where everything was and how to use the amenities. «We loved our time at the property! The unit is beautiful and true to all the pictures in the listing. The kitchen was stocked well enough with sauces and spices left from previous renters. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs for our short walks down to Brennecke’s Beach. We loved how the sliding glass doors opened up to the lanai.»

«Overall, great location and nice complex. Biggest complaint is that sofa bed was worthless. We needed 3 bedrooms and were planning for the sofa bed to be one but the management sent a text day-of telling us it was broken. We arrived Friday evening of a 3 day weekend 24 hour help line said they'd send someone on Tues but we never heard from them. The pool has what looks like a hot tub but it isn't any warmer than the pool. It works well as a kiddie pool. This wasn't an issue for us but just a ...

«The unit is very much as advertised. Beautifully set with pool and jacuzzi right outside the front door and about a 10 - 15 minute walk to beaches. The unit is extremely well equipped and comfortable. Really nothing to improve upon. We would definitely return. »

«We loved the area and appreciated the outdoor facilities for dining and relaxing. We did feel that storage was inadequate. We were on the island long term. We had pickleball equipment, snorkeling gear, hiking poles and clothing for many activities. After Susan was made aware of our lack for storage, she brought in extra storage units. «The south side location is great as it seems to be so sunny compared to other island locations. The penthouse is perfect and so comfortable. The lanai facing the ocean with the couch perch is hard to leave and a gem in itself. The pool and hot tub are so convenient and never overcrowded. «This is a very modern updated property in a wonderful resort area on Kauai. It's great for a group of 6 people with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The beach is a short 10 minute walk and there are many restaurants close by. Any issues that came up or questions that we had were handled quickly and happily. Totally appreciated all of the beach gear (chairs, boogie board, floaties) that were available to use as well.»
