«I can’t express enough how much we all needed this vacation, and this trip did not disappoint. This rental honestly was a big part of what made it totally amazing. The location is perfect. You’re close to so many fun things - beaches, the farmer’s market, yummy restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Everything you could need is basically right around the corner. Pete the owner is amazing. «Kim was prompt on her replies and very informative. The place it outstadnign. It has everythign you can think of, even over the counter cough medicine, sleep aid and such. Nice details all over the place, blow dryer (the nicer kind), ice already waiting for you, cooking seasonings and so much more. The hot tub is amazing!!!! Lots of towels. The rooms are phenomenal. Fully stocked with lots of effort on the details of what you would need for a stay. Great communication from the property manager to make the checkin easy and the stay a fabulous one. «I love how close this property was to the Amtrak train station and Little Italy. The only negative things about it was there was not a microwave and the tv was not working and no response from the host about the tv or any effort in fixing it. The remote needed recharging and there was only 1 channel available. Otherwise, the unit was clean and another thing to note is the front door is directly on the street. »

«We enjoyed how close to the beach the unit was. The location is perfect! It's the perfect size for a couple. We loved having access to the hot tub especially after a long day of walking the boardwalk. It would have been nice to have more towels on the unit since they wouldn't dry after showing . There were also times when the hot water wouldn't come on at all for wuite a while in the shower. Overall, it was a good experience. »

It’s a hour or so walk to Sunset Cliffs and worth it!! 20 minutes walk to dog beach & beach. I’d stay here again!! »

«We visited over President's Day weekend and enjoyed this property. It is tucked into a very cute neighborhood with many neighbors. We enjoyed walking to nearby canyons and coffee shops and restaurants. Street parking was very easy and the location was very convenient. We ate out and got take out during our stay-- the kitchen is not fully equipped with enough silverware/plates/coffee maker but had the necessities to get us through. «THE DIS HONESTY THREW THE ENTIRE STAY IN THE TRASH . I WAS CHARGED AND BLAMED FOR SOMETHING I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH. THE CREW DID NOT INSPECT THE HOME THOROUGH ENOUGH TO KNOW SOMEONE ELSE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGED ON THE SLEEPER SOFA. I AM EXTREMLY DISAPOINTED IN THE WAY THE SITUATION WAS HANDLED. »

«The apartment was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had all the amenities you needed for a stay (coffee pot, hair dryer, beach chairs etc.) There are many good dining options close by, also a market nearby & the beach an easy walk. The alley parking spot out back was handy. We really enjoyed our stay! »

«6 Adults and 3 toddlers wanted to be near Sesame Place. The house was very convenient to all of our day trips and easy to get back to for kid naps. Our host led us to great fish tacos, as a plus!»
