«House was great. Property was well maintained and clean. Kitchen well appointed. Comms with owner were prompt. We had everything we needed (and then some!) to enjoy family time on the water…memories were made and look forward to going back in the warmer months!»

«We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience.»

«We were in town for a basketball tournament and I decided to treat my family to a house for the weekend rather than a hotel room. What a nice surprise. The home was better than the pictures do justice and was well laid out and CLEAN. The owner was in constant communication and from start to finish the whole weekend was a joy. Thanks !!!»

«This home was perfect! The bunk room is on the same floor at the other beds, so good if you have small kiddos like we do. The screened in porch, the access to the water. The covered area under the porch… and an outdoor shower!! Here’s hoping we can come back in the summer!!!! 4 adults and 5 little under 7, and that laundry room perfect for the wet towels and bathing suits from the jacuzzi!! 11/10! Thank you hosts! «I got an automated message the day I was supposed to check-in saying that my reservation had been cancelled, with no communication directly from the property. Had to scramble to find a different place to stay. »

«Clean, spacious, comfortable firm bed. Neighborhood was convenient. There was some kind of glitch with VRBO which was supposed to send us checkin info.Regardless, the property manager got back to us and told us what to do. The WIFI never did work. Manager said it was a ComCast disruption (for three days) but she did communicate with us about it. »
