«This home is close to the ferry and airport. The amenities are as advertised, with bathroom, laundry and kitchenette. Could hear gentle feet above, but nothing disruptive. Our communication with the host was good, they even let us check in early. »

«Check in and checkout was a breeze. Eric was highly responsive and very generous letting us borrow the paddle boards for a little trip out to the island with the seals in front of the property. This is a great central location, close to airport and many other attractions that the island has to offer. Last but not least, the sunrise view over the ocean is absolutely breathtaking!»

«We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the place. A great, large deck overlooking the harbour at Brentwood Bay. Good walking areas, with very little traffic, around the neighbourhood. Lots of hills, so can be a challenging walk. Only street parking and a steep incline on the driveway, that is not used by VRBO guests, between the road and the room. Bed was more like a double and so a bit tight. A full size fridge, two burner cooker and microwave. »

«Our favorite accommodation on our Vancouver Island tour. We liked the location, out of town and near our friends. My favorite things were the outdoor grill (try the local salmon if you can find it), the host's delicious homemade bread, and the roomba-like (Shark, actually) device that did a super job picking up crumbs and little bits of nature that blew in. It's the basement apartment of the owners. We barely knew they were there, it was so quiet and peaceful. Lots of light and air through the ...
