«DON’T STAY THERE!!!. I felt like we were in the ghetto. Neither the indoor/ outdoor pool or the hot tub were in service. The building that houses them looked like it was condemned. There was trash everywhere and sketchy people loitering all around the property. Some looked homeless. Some looked like hookers. Inside the common areas of the building and the rooms was even more concerning. There was mold, dead roaches, crumbs and sticky surfaces everywhere. Urine stains all around the toilet ...

«Our group of 5 (2 couples, one solo) enjoyed a really comfortable stay. Plenty of room for everyone (plus a spare bedroom in case a partner snored too loudly). There was more than enough bedding and towels. Having a washer and dryer and outdoor shower was a real game changer, too. Val was quick to respond and really helpful. It was the perfect place for our off season getaway»

«We stayed over the long Veterans Day weekend! The weather was still warm and beachy! The property is centrally located and a short walk from the beach. There is also a small pool on the Westside of the property that is clean and well maintained. The cottage is simple but more than adequate for a comfy stay. We used Uber and never waited more than a couple minutes for service. The property is also close to the airport. We hope to return sometime. It’s a great little spot!»

«We definitely made the right choice booking this house on Sanibel Court. The house is very nice, and our host kept great communication and was truly concerned about making sure we had an enjoyable stay. We would certainly stay here again the next time we vacation in Myrtle Beach.»

«It was easy to get to. The house is super cute. There was a couple spots of damage where someone drew on the walls in a bedroom upstairs and looked like someone hit the door in the kitchen. Other than that it was pretty great. We walked to the beach every day and couldve walked to mini golf, ropes courses, shopping and more. Will stay here again. Love it.»

«we loved this place for our trip to the beach! it was so beautiful inside and had plenty of room for the 4 of us and 2 dogs. anything we needed the host was one text away. any issues we had got resolved right away and host was easy to work with! we will be back!»

«This was a great location for our family reunion at the state park. It was clean and comfortable and except for construction noise Friday morning, reasonably quiet. The only thing that made it less than wonderful was the smokers next to us. Every time I went out on the balcony, the cigarette smoke made me cough. Since this is a nonsmoking property, I complained and it got better, but they switched to cigars. I complained again and it cleared up or they left. The staff was great, the views ...

«This home is beautifully appointed and located. Every bedroom was super spacious and had amazing views of the water and beach. The pool was perfect as well. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable and plentiful. The pool water was lovely. The laundry room with the second refrigerator was spacious and comveniently near the kicthen. «When we first arrived there was a little bit of a trash issue out back HOWEVER the lady at the office was so kind and efficient in getting it taken care of. Everything was really nice. Pool was a little smaller than expected but we still enjoyed it! Loved all of the security cameras on the outside of the property. Made us feel more safe than staying in a hotel!!! Thank you Elliot Rentals! We hope to be back soon.»

«Front desk staff was contradicting when sharing information about amenities and resort general info. Bathroom had dried pee in the toilet when we arrived.»
