«Place was quiet and clean and convenient to Custer State Park. Lots of deer, turkeys, etc around the property and Forest Service trails are just across the road. Be aware this is not a separate cabin, it is a unit in a building of three units so you will likely have neighbors. That was not at all clear from the online listing. Fortunately it was not a big issue during our trip, but it could be if neighbors are loud or have lots of kids.»

«Perfect for our family pheasant hunting trip. There were seven adult men and 4 dogs. The garage was perfect for the kennels, out of the weather and plenty warm enough. The couches were more than sufficient for sleeping accommodations as there are 4 beds. 2 bathrooms worked oerfect forn shower rotations and we never ran out of hot water. The views are wonderful and a short drive to a great steakhouse 20 minutes east. We loved it.»

«The house set in the middle of mostly pine trees provided much quietness and relaxation. The hot tub was perfect after our long days of hiking. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary cooking and dining supplies. The house was large enough that 8 adults were never in each other’s way. The only downside to our visit was that our destinations either to the various tourist areas or to the closest town for groceries took minimally 30 minutes, so one needs to plan accordingly. «Spacious property with never ending views. There were 20 of us, and the space was exceptional. The 3 fridges, 2 ovens and dishwashers, and never ending supplies were top notch!»

«Enjoyed our stay--very comfortable room and beautiful property, and very quiet environment. We were there by ourselves most of the week but when we had neighbors, the walls are pretty thin so that's my only negative. It's a bit of a drive to get down the dirt road but so nice when you get there.»

«Our family of 5 stayed a few nights as we discovered and explored the Black Hills. It was the perfect place to start and end our days. Our youngest loved the swing set. Our older 2 loved the bunk bed. The king bed was very comfortable. The hosts were super responsive to any questions, but answered most before we even asked them with their welcome note. Thank you!»
