«The staff is friendly and helpful. The property and the room is neat and tidy. The communal kitchen is well maintained. However, at the entrance of the carpark, there is bad smell like wee-wee. There might be leakage of the sewage pipes.»

«Avoid this place! Rooms were dirty there was mould all over the bathroom couple of weed smokers were in other rooms and it smelled disgusting we didn’t even spend more than 20 minutes there and they didn’t give a refund. »

«This property is very run down and dangerous Inside of the property were people who were clearly there because they were homeless and had no where else to go . Above the toilet is the houses combi boiler which is dangerous. No television in the room, building work going on inside of the property and the WiFi code that does not work . So to summarise this really isn’t accommodation for people wanting travel accommodation but a place where homeless people are given temporary accommodation. ...

«Nightmare!! When I booked this place I was given an option to pay when I get to the hotel, but this isn’t the case. Plus the post code on here isn’t to the location of the hotel either grrrrrr!!! Plus on the Sunday there was any hot water. I must say Jan was great. I won’t be returning again. »

«We have stayed here many times before and since last stay downstairs has been revamped,only thing is looks like small single rooms have been turned into doubles,not enough room to swing a cat,washing in sink had to be done with bathroom door open,we never used shower as it was all too small and hard to manouevre round in,door had number lock on but lights never came on so that was frustrating,this was room 7,sorry but we wont be staying again.»

«Overall a good stay. Needs a bit of TLC to the paintwork. Bathroom is quite small but adequate, & bedroom space was small ie bed against the wall. Stayed in deluxe studio apartment it was nice to sit on chairs instead of bed to watch tv. Nice kitchen area if you want to cook something simple. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows if wanted in wardrobe. Great communication & easy mobile entry via email »

«We were a family party of 16, 4 children 2.5 to 13 and 12 adults. The house is roomy and spacious, pool table excellent but darts broken for the dart board so couldn't play had to go out and buy some. Kitchen was okay, there is no garden though so anyone with animals you have to make sure they don't go near the road. No electric charging point for cars which i pointed out to the owner. It is an old property so expect clanky pipes etc. Manager met us at the property to explain the fire alarm ...
