Dette private huset lar skjønnheten i Karibia strømme inn. Huset har en friluftsplan som har en spektakulær utsikt over Pitons og Det karibiske hav.
Huset har 2 soverom, 3 bad, et fullt utstyrt kjøkken, god boareal og dekk, et basseng og hager med frukttrær og vakre tropiske blomstrende planter.
Hovedsoverommet og tilknyttet badekar er på øverste nivå med balkong. Hovedetasjen har en stor stue / spisestue med dekk som strekker seg over hele bredden av huset som er perfekt for soling og drikke ved solnedgang. Hovedetasjen har også et kjøkken med tilknyttet stue, gjesterom, (med queen size-seng) og tilknyttet bad, en studie med en dagseng og et komplett bad.
Bassenget har et stort solterrasse med sjeselonger og et overbygd underdekke som er hekket i skyggen av de fantastiske trærne i hagen. Det er et utendørs kokeplass med grill og spiseplass.

Rengjøring tilbys hver dag, frokost på øya, transport til villaen fra flyplassen er inkludert. Pris per natt er basert på 2 gjester, $ 30 for hver ekstra person per natt.

Paradise
The Hermitage Jewel was wonderful. Tamara Franciis was the best host! The home has spectacular views. The weather as perfect. Tamara Franciis provided great breakfast and dinner. Her smoothies were the best I have ever had. We will definitely remember our wonderful vacation. Thanks so much!!

Serene Setting with Stunning Scenery
Safe and secluded area. The only neighbours you hear are the birds. Easy drive to town, beaches and other locations. A few walkable restaurants (Brigands, Chocolate Project, Hotel Chocolate).Pleasant breezes and wind in the palms lull you to sleep at night and stunning views of Piton and and rainforest greet you in the morning.Villa was very clean with all the amenities: a well equipped kitchen, bedrooms with comfortable beds and mosquito netting), variety of games available.Tamara and V were the most welcoming, warm and pleasant hosts, providing fresh, tasty breakfasts, responsive and accommodating our requests, offering good recommendations for local vendors.Highly recommend, not just for the setting, but also the people.

Tropical paradise
If you are lucky enough to get a reservation at Hermitage Jewel you will have won the vacation lottery. The villa is spectacular, views are out of this world (you really feel like you’re on another planet watching the sun set between the Pitons) and the amazing breakfasts and care by Tamara and her team is extraordinary. We try to come every year and I hope that’s true for many years to come. We love this jewel, both people and place

Incredible Experience
What an amazing trip. I just adore this spot as it’s our second trip here. The view is just breath taking. Where else in the world can you look at that view each morning and evening? A beautiful, hot breakfast and coffee to wake up to with fresh fruit from the garden. Tamara, the manager, and staff are just first class and make you feel right at home. The snorkeling and waterfalls were incredible…we can’t wait to come back. 💕

Honeymoon of our Dreams
Where do I even begin… we had the best honeymoon I could’ve ever imagined and we owe it all to this place. American Airlines overbooked our flight getting there so we missed a full day. Tamara was very understanding and even tried to find us another villa if we decided to extend our trip. When we arrived, Tamara welcomed us with the best rum punches! She helped us plan out our week and gave us great recommendations on what to do. Her and her husband helped arrange a couple days for us to go to Sugar Beach which was greatly appreciated. The housekeeper Vee was amazing and I am missing her breakfasts already. Tamara helped arrange for my husband and I to rent a car during our stay and we had so much fun exploring the island. I can’t say enough good about this place. We are already talking to our family about going back with them. Thank you all for an amazing vacation! Recommendations: - Dinner at Orlando’s (still thinking about how amazing this meal was) - A day at Sugar Beach (renting a chair is $100/each but you can easily just bring a towel and enjoy the beach) - Hiking Gros Piton (I recommend you do this towards the end of your trip as we were sore for days after…pretty challenging hike) - Dinner at Treetop (the views were amazing during sunset)

Perfection
Where to begin…. We were greeted at the airport with hugs from Cletus and it was nothing but love and the feeling of home after that. Truly the most wonderful experience and time we had on our honeymoon in St Lucia at Hermitage Jewel. Cletus & Tamara are spectacular. They go above & beyond. We feel as though we left with new lifelong friends. Every morning we were greeted by the birds, George & Lily, as Vee made us the most wonderful breakfast. Tamara was available at all times to assist with literally anything; taxis, food, excursions, house help, you name it. We wanted a day on a private boat, they made it happen. I mentioned my love for mangos, the next day they got us mangos for breakfast. We needed a ride to north St Lucia, they hooked us up with someone they trusted. They are the definition of above & beyond. Tamara is also the most amazing cook!! Our belly’s were always full & happy when she was around. The outdoor cat, Russell, is the most friendly “stray” we ever met. If you’re not a cat lover, no worries, he’s an outdoor kitty & only comes around to those who want to pet/love him. He loves his neck & head pets! If you are thinking about visiting St Lucia, this is truly the only place to stay. One of a kind service by the most caring people you’ll ever meet. Not to mention the view is ABSOLUTELY incredible. No pictures can do the view justice. It’s absolute perfection.

Simply paradise
Hermitage Jewel is breathtaking! Waking each morning to the view of the beautiful Pitons, falling asleep each night to the sounds of nature was magical. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond. It was a joy to see Vee’s smiling face each morning when she prepared breakfast and comfort to have Tamara checking in to see if we needed anything.The house is open air but we had no issues using bug spray and citronella candles at night. The fans in each room made sleeping at night very comfortable. The pool is refreshing and beautiful. We rented a car and were happy we did. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to return one day ourselves.

Another Day in Paradise!
We spent 8 glorious days at Hermitage Jewel and upon waking each day, my husband and I exclaimed to one another, “Another day in paradise!” The property is magical and the views are unmatched. The house is rustic, but lovely and there are several comfortable outdoor living areas. We especially enjoyed lounging by the pool. The landscape is incredibly lush with countless varieties of flowers and fruit trees and there are even house birds - two friendly bullfinches named George and Lily. But it’s the caretakers that make this property truly special. Tamara and Vee took such good care of us, providing the most delicious breakfasts each morning, including fresh-squeezed juices and hand-picked fruits. Tamara cooked us one of the most delicious meals I’ve ever eaten our first night. She and her husband, Dane joined us and it was so special to become acquainted with them from the start - we now consider them treasured friends. If you need a driver during your stay, Super Dave is your man! He was a perfect ambassador for the island and supremely knowledgeable about all things St. Lucia. He literally drove us all over the island. If you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable, private place to stay with unbelievably beautiful scenery, look no further than Hermitage Jewel. I can’t recommend this property highly enough and can’t wait to return!

Best Place to Stay in St. Lucia
We stayed at this property for our recent trip to St. Lucia. The Property is absolutely beautiful and located at a great location with spectacular views and access to many a key places to visit and explore. The property manager & team - just wonderful people and ready to help with everything you need. They picked us up at the airport. Got us a jeep rental right at the property. Helped us plan our trip. Made reservations for us as needed. Breakfast everyday was a delight. Each day we came back to a well cleaned and all ready house for us to enjoy house. The house itself has it all you need. we had an amazing time and recommend it highly for your vacation plans to St. Lucia.

A jewel in the rainforest
Hermitage Jewel on the Rabot estate is perfectly situated to enjoy the incomparable views of the Pitons, rainforest and Caribbean sea. Access and walking trails on the Rabot estate, Hotel Chocolat, are also a huge plus. The location is approx. a 15 min drive to Soufriere and nearby resorts like sugar Beach, with Hotel Chocolat & Ladera less than 5 mins away. Driving is a challenge but we do recommend renting a car through Tamara or in advance at the airport. The property is well stocked with older appliances in basic condition. there are some deferred maintenance issues and updates that are needed. use the bottled water provided and be sure to bring extra converters for "Great Britain" not the Caribbean. We definitely needed the insect repellant & we loved the standing fan at night & the pool all day to cool off. Our super hosts, Tamara & her husband Cletus were amazing...so kind and helpful , they truly went up and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. V, Dwight and Dwayne also helped to keep the spot in great shape. We also loved the company of the resident Bird "George" & "tiger the cat"

Best View
We were impressed with the quality of the hospitality by the host Tamara and Vee the helper. The view is a 10/10 and we had everything we needed at this place. The only negative was the mosquitos at night. The place is rustic and very comfortable but perhaps could use a little bit of remodeling. My suggestion would be install an AC unit and somehow enclose the indoors but this might be difficult due to the built of the ceilings. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend it for anyone.

Amazing Stay & Experience
Where to start! Tamara, Cletus and Vee were beyond amazing! They pulled out all the stops to welcome us and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The food, the recommendations/advice, and conversation were next level. From the cooked breakfasts to airport transportation to assistance with rental vehicle & tour arrangements, we definitely felt that by staying at this villa we got extra out of the experience. These things set this villa apart hands down from other options and we highly recommend staying here for your next vacation.

Hermitage in Paradise
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The views are stunning and the villa itself is quaint and comfortable. The hospitality shown by Tamara and Vee was incredible. Both of these wonderful people made our stay so much more. Tamara had great recommendations for snorkeling day trips (with Solomon Justice) and dinners out (Deschene at Ladera was incredible). And they both make the most delicious breakfasts! The location is perfect, close enough to town to pick up groceries but secluded enough to feel you’re alone in the jungle. Highly recommended for couples looking for a low key, relaxing getaway.

Paradise on Earth!
My husband and I had the most amazing stay at Hermitage Jewel! The hospitality shown by Tamara, her husband Cletus, and Vee the daily housekeeper was 5 stars and the best we have ever been treated while traveling. You feel like family instantly. Cletus met us at the airport to drive us to villa and literally greeted us with open arms. After a long day of travel we opted to purchase the in house villa dinner made by Tamara and it was delicious! We highly recommend this wonderful service. The villa is spectacular and the views are unmatched. The sunsets are beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the pool was always refreshing. The daily breakfast provided by Vee and Tamara were always delicious and the perfect way to start the day. Tamara went above and beyond getting a jeep rental delivered to the villa for us as well as set up a wonderful boat day. Tamara amd her husband also made sure we had a great day at Sugar Beach and we couldn't be more thankful. Tamara answered all my questions before we arrived and while we were there. She also checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. If I could give 100 stars I would! Thank you all for everything!

Truly a Jewel
Just our style, very laid back, rustic. Had a great time enjoying the pool, the beautiful sunsets/piton views and breakfast made for you as an added perk. The sulfur baths are within walking distance and there’s a great hiking trail around Rabot Estate/Hotel Chocolate. Renting a car thru Cool breeze very easy, pick up and drop off at the house. Tamara and Vee are great! We would love to go back.

Priceless Views and Extraordinary Service
Our second stay at Hermitage Jewel. We came back for two reasons - 1) the spectacular views of the Pitons, the ocean, and rainbows, and 2) because we receive outstanding service and guidance from the property manager, Tamara. Her advice and connections make the visit far more enjoyable than if we had made plans on our own. She is always available to help in any way. A really great experience!

Peace and privacy
Hermitage Jewel is at the top of a hill, the last property on a steep one-way track. You go through the iron gates and you are there. The quaint house is stone - very old masonry with arched entrances - and completely open air. Outside the living room the view is astounding. Petit Piton fills your view and shows changing tableaux dawn to sunset. The bedrooms are comfortable. The upstairs room has a king size bed and view of the piton, as below. You may want to be aware the stairs going up are “not to code” and may be tricky if you don’t pay attention. The queen bedroom on the main floor is charming and has wonderful cross breezes for sleeping and napping. WiFi is good and we had TV reception for streaming. Possibly the most outstanding feature of this property is the hospitality. Tamara (TamMara) and her husband Cletus went to incredible lengths to be certain we had anything we wanted. I craved papaya and they found a luscious one at a roadside stand. Mango and “golden apple” on our breakfast plates plus the full breakfast Tamara or Vee ( the housekeeper) started our days. Tamara offered to cater dinner for us several evenings. And don’t miss her mahi mahi or curried chicken! Be aware the road getting to the house is very steep. Even though there are 2 excellent restaurants a few minutes downhill, it will be a trudge getting back up. We think next time we go - and there WILL be a next time! - we will hope to rent a golf cart and a driver for excursions

Jewel of a Jewel
Hermitage Jewel is a gorgeous property above a lush rainforest set in a garden of blossoming birds of paradise and tropical wildflowers with a stunning plunge pool. We were hosted by Tamara whose warmth, kindness and spectacular breakfasts are one reason we keep returning to this paradise.

Highly recommend
Our stay in November was fantastic. I enjoyed every day in St.Lucia and at the villa. The whole experience was magnified with the Hermitage Jewell staff who were helpful in planning our trip and very welcoming once we got there. The views were fantastic and the property was private from other tourist and villas. The location was great, close drive to beaches, hiking, and waterfalls. We will miss Tamara, V, Duane, and Tamara's husband Cletus above all. We will be visiting St. Lucia again.

Your own private paradise!
It was heaven on earth. Not only is the property beautiful with amazing views, the couple managing it are the absolute best. They reached out prior to our visit and helped us in all aspects of planning. Having your own private pool to come home to each day is a plus. The breakfast was amazing and Tamara and her husband came over to cook me a special breakfast on my birthday morning with a gift ❤️ St. Lucia is full of the nicest people and we felt so welcomed. Definitely make sure to visit Anse Mamin and snorkel on the leftside of the beach and eat one of the delicious burgers at the bar. We loved the waterfalls, mud baths and eating chocolate from Hotel Chocolat right below your driveway. Also make sure to eat at Pounty Pizza in Soufriere. It was so good and run by a 33 year old entrepreneur that ensures you have the best experience. Don't look at any other rentals as this one will check all the boxes. We will be back!

The Best Ever
First and foremost, the villa itself is an absolute gem. Impeccably designed and immaculately well-kept, it is the epitome of luxury and comfort. The attention to detail is truly remarkable, and every corner of the villa exudes elegance and sophistication. The spacious living areas and the beautifully appointed bedroom all exceeded our expectations. One of the most unforgettable aspects of our stay was the breathtaking view of the Pitons. Waking up to this natural wonder every morning was nothing short of awe-inspiring. The villa's cleverly designed layout made the most of this incredible view, allowing us to savor it from multiple vantage points, including our private bedroom terrace and even while taking a relaxing swim. However, what truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service we received. We had the pleasure of having Tamara and Viana as our breakfast hosts every morning. Their warm and friendly personalities were infectious, and they went above and beyond to make us feel pampered and well taken care of. The delicious breakfast they prepared was not only a culinary delight but also a cultural experience, as they introduced us to local flavors and dishes that we might not have encountered elsewhere. The personal touch and genuine care they put into their service made us feel like cherished family rather than mere visitors.
