We have booked and paid for "3 bedroom apartment" , however they gave us two bedroom apartment with a living room- saying " this is what 3 bedrooms means in our hotel, meaning two bedrooms and living room", what was very disappointing because we needed and expected 3 separate rooms for our family and we did not even get the two bedroom+living they offered as it was smelling really bad and they had to move us to another apartment, at the end we got ONE bedroom apartment+living room, but we have paid for THREE bedroom apartment, no one offered apology nor any discount in the price. Our stay wasn't ideal! We got 2h later check out, which we had to ask for, as they didn't offer any compensation, so they agreed to 2h late check out, which doesn't break even to tree bedroom apartment. Anyway, it wasn't the best costumer service overall, and really... why will they call a 2 bedrooms place a 3 bedrooms apartment? Apart from that, the rest was good- clean hotel, decent breakfast, nice interior.
