«We spent just under 3 weeks in the Peloponnese and this mansion was our home base. It was so excellent we didn't want to leave. Great pool and hot tub, spacious, lots of fruit trees that were in season, a taverna within walking distance and beaches that were perfect for sunning and playing in the Aegean. The house is so impressive and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, an outside grill, gated with an large lawn, and views to die for. We also loved the ping pong table, foosball table ...

«We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Artia. The house both inside and out was beautiful, immaculate and the layout was perfect for our family. Vasiliki was very welcoming and responsive to all our needs. We loved the village everyone was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend if staying in Xiropigado.»

«Six of us stayed in this house.The eleven year old enjoyed the visiting felines who politely waited to be fed. The three upstairs bedrooms were spacious and the fourth downstairs adequate. Spectacular view although somewhat nerve racking for some of us to get to our destination. We enjoyed our visits to the local taverna and were treated one evening to enthusiastic Greek dancIng by one of the locals. I would recommend more comfortable getting sofas in the main area. «We felt very comfortable in the house. You can find everything you need. It is simple but functional. The small and large works of art in and around the house make it cozy. The owners of the house live in the separate entrance below. We were warmly welcomed and because we stayed for 3 months over the winter, a very nice neighborhood atmosphere developed. Thank you for the lovely time.»

«Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Kalamata. Panos der Vermieter war sehr bemüht und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns immer mit sehr guten Tips und Ratschlägen versorgt. Das Haus und der Garten sind super gepflegt und sehr sauber. Lediglich die Nähe zur Hauptstrasse hat manchmal gestört. Die Zimmerbeschreibung stimmt nicht ganz, das 3te Schlafzimmer ist ein Teil ( Empore) des zweiten Schlafzimmers und hat keinen eigenen Eingang. Es gibt schöne Strände in der Nähe ( in südlicher ...

«Great stay, close to everything and nice short walk from there to main town. Manager was very nice, as were the cleaning staff, everything was modern and well maintained, bed was very comfortable and having washing machine and dryer on site was a great help.»
