«This was a great location and space for my family of four. We were visiting family during the winter and were delighted with our stay. The space and amenities were great and as described. It was fun (and very warming!) to make a fire in the fireplace and be able to watch the ducks tentatively walking on the frozen water. With the kayaks nearby we could see how this would also be a great place to stay during warmer months. We will definitely see if this place is available the next time we visit.»

«This was a very smooth experience from start to finish, and the home was very clean and comfortable. Communication was great! The property is a well maintained traditional lake house that is convenient to the lake and town. Would definitely rent again!»

«Me and four of my friends went for the weekend for our annual girls trip. The space was perfect as it could accommodate all of us with our own room and bed. Is decorated really cute. The location is unbeatable. We parked in the lot and never got back in our cars the whole weekend. There is some noise at night out in the parking lot from people leaving the bars, so that was a bit annoying.»

«This place was amazing. Located right in the center of it all. Communication was easy and everything was in order. The accommodations were clean, neat and beautifully decorated. The deck outside is amazing. It was a little chilly (November) however during the sunny daytime hours we enjoyed sitting out on the deck. This location is so close to everything. We enjoyed our stay.»

«My family and I stayed at English Prarie BNB for Christmas in 2024 (i.e., 11 adults, 4 kids, 2 dogs). It was perfect!!! The host Mike was quite communicative and his attention to detail was second-to-none. The property felt like a home away from home. It was fully decorated for the holidays, complete with a tree and holiday lights and red table runners and cute little candy cane drawer pulls and a hundred other small holiday-themed details all over the home which were so thoughtful!!! «The front desk clerk was quite rude. The room had broken parts on the tub, the mattress on the pull out couch (gross!), the heaters were incredibly loud in the bedroom and living room, the water was filled with toxins which we could actually see floating in our drinking glasses.
