Since we only used this property for sleeping it didn’t present a problem but a long term stay might present problems.»

«Balmoral apartment rocks! The apartment complex is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, close to the main roads and freeways. «Even though the room was small (310 sqft) , it was well optimized with a small kitchen. Building was very new. Internet was spotty with frequent drops in connection. Laundry and gym were good. Payment for parking is a bit of a drag. Location of the property next to Santana row and valley fair is great. Vta stop next to the property is a huge advantage. But no groceries in walking distance.»
