"We booked a superior room with a balcony and a view to the town. The view was to the back of a block of flats just a few meters away, i.e. no view. The room and bathroom had no charm, even though the reception area was interesting. The beds were hard (fine if you like a hard bed though). The bathroom was run down and the fixing for the shower head was broken. The hotel was not particularly cheap and compared to similar priced hotels we have stayed in on our tour, it was a little disappointing. We booked without breakfast so can’t comment on that. The location was extremely good though, and the hotel was quiet, set on a small street in the old town."

"Our stay at Rey Alfonso X was great. The reception was quick and the staff were helpful in showing us how to get the most out of our visit. The hotel’s location is right where you want it to be, five minutes walk through the narrow streets of old Sevilla to Real Alcázar and the cathedral, and 5-10 minutes walk to Plaza de España. There is a rooftop pool, terrace and bar which looked nice and clean. Regrettably, however, we didn’t find time to use it on our short stay. The hotel does have parking but it can be tricky to access it, especially with a big car, as you’d have to drive through narrow one-way streets. There is also a parking garage 2-3 minutes by foot which is accessible from the nearby avenue (a few euros more per 24h)."

"Veldig fint hotell, bra størrelse på rommet og pent bad. Takterrassen med svømmebasseng var helt fantastisk og maten i baren utmerket. Bare en kort gåtur så er du midt i byen med alle severdighetene. Her får du mer enn du betaler for, anbefales!"

"Vi fikk oppgradering av rommet uten ekstra kostnad. Veldig fint rom, og hotell forøvrig, med god frokost. Kort vei til Plaza de Espania og Alcazar. Mange hyggelige restauranter og plasser i nærområdet. Trange gater for bilkjøring, men hotellet har parkeringsplasser i et parkeringshus ikke langt unna. Alt i alt et meget hyggelig opphold og vi drar gjerne tilbake!"
