She met us at the house and made sure we knew how to work everything. The house furnishings are very dated but everything works and the house was clean. «Our family stayed over Xmas 2024! 10 adults 4 children under the age of 4. Everything was spectacular! The golf carts were a great addition getting us around the neighborhood and to the beach club! The beach club was terrific but on check in I was informed the “good news” that we were able to use the club which I didn’t know was not a given. Maybe need to be more specific that the beach club might not be available. We used to club a lot and was a highlight! San Jose de Cabo is such a cool town! ...

«We loved staying at this property. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t have a car so they helped us get taxis as needed. We very much enjoyed the cooking class and the private chef’s dinner while there. You can easily walk to the beach from the property if you don’t mind a little hill. We enjoyed the hot tub and the view of the Pacific. We were fortunate to see quite a bit of whale activity while relaxing in the pool area. «I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Just magnificently appointed, great pool, beach, rooms, kitchen, staff, great places to eat nearby, easy transportation, great fishing.We only had a couple minor issues that got pretty much fixed. The heater went out on the pool, and we lost a couple of days of pool heat. there were a couple cleaning issues, but Samuel took care of that right away.»

«Our entire stay at the Lands End Villa was perfect. Our Hosts Mike and Vale did an excellent job with transportation, shopping and responding. The house was gorgeous with unbelievable views.
