Front office staff was pleasant and accommodating both times (It was the same woman both times...I just can't remember her name. ) If you are going to stay here, you so need to bring a hair dryer, conditioner (shampoo is provided), creamer( if you don't like French vanilla)»

«Communication was excellent. The location of The Loft worked very well for us. It is within walking distance of a grocery, shopping, restaurants, and historical interests. «We loved our experience at Murphy's Place! We came up here for a Birthday/Valentine's Day weekend vacation, and we stayed busy the whole time! There is so much to do around the VRBO. Lots of wineries, breweries, shopping, and more!!! Charlottesville is a quick 20 mins away or so and Wintergreen Resort is about the same, but the opposite direction. We cannot wait to stay here again in the near future!! Big thanks to the hosts for making us feel comfortable and at home! »

«We had a fabulous time!! We loved how clean and fresh everything looked! The fabulous little town within walking distance. We did the Let’s Roam app and explored all over by walking!! The only negative thing was the smell when you first walked in. Some air freshener plug ins may be helpful. But other than that it was really a great place. We will book again!!! »

Street lights from the church across the street shined very brightly in the bedroom window so some room darkening curtains would be helpful. The only bathroom is in the bedroom so this was awkward with my friend staying with me. The host was quick to respond and helpful with questions.»
