«Great place for large groups to stay. Overall size and layout of the property allows for easy large group gatherings. The house is fully stocked with multiple kitchens, living rooms and laundry areas. The house is walkable to the beach across the street as well as several bars and restaurants. »

«Surprisingly, the host’s excellent communication was one of the main highlights of this stay. Everything was so easy because I had all of my instructions early and would receive answers right away for any questions that I did have. The home is beautiful and the backyard was perfect for our small 40 guest wedding! «This is a clean, cozy place that's a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. We wanted to be very close to the beach but not pay for a beachfront location. This place was perfect. You simply have to cross a road and then you're at the beach. It feels equidistant from both bridges that cross the bay so it's an easy drive to get to other areas. «This place is very small. I would not stay here again with more than one other person. Bathroom is the smallest I have ever seen. No where to put your wet towels or swimsuits. Pool was almost never at the correct temperature. They came to fix it but I had to tell them every day. Overall a lot of money for not a lot of amenities.»

«The home was perfect for our yearly friend outing. We played outdoor games, had our furry friend with us and enjoyed every second of our stay. The home was what we needed. The downstairs shower is fantay. Not ADA accessible »

«I’ve stayed here before. The only complaint is the sofa bed had no sheets and was not clean. I had to go buy some sheets before I’d let my granddaughter sleep on it. The only other complaint which is by no means the owners fault is there were some very loud and obnoxious guests that thought it appropriate to yell and cuss till 5 am. I will stay here again.»
