«This is a great home in a beautiful location and we had an amazing time. »

«First off, we had a great time. The unit was spacious, the back deck was massive, and the pool was great for the kids. And really, you can’t beat the location and amazing views. That being said the place is aging and showing signs of wear and tear. We are not super picky but we do like when things are well kept and we appreciate that packaged-fresh hotel feel and this place doesn’t offer that. You can definitely achieve that feeling in this area for the price but you’d likely sacrifice the pool ...

«I had a large group of friends traveling with me for the weekend and Milos was absolutely perfect- we loved the beach access, the property was spotless, and there was tons of space for fun and sleeping. Great experience top to bottom »

Kitchen was equipped great for cooking however disposal never worked, bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work and bathroom sink trickled for water flow, slight smell of dog which we noticed upon walking in. One thing would be great if there was a sweeper to cleanup. Location was best a short walk down the street and down a block to beach. »

«The property was exactly as it was portrayed. It's definitely an older property and some of the furnishings are old as well. The weather was cold and rainy so we were not able to enjoy the outdoor deck or use the beach and all the toys they provided. The unit came equipped with a washer and dryer which was nice. Loved the parking situation underneath and there is definitely room for 3 vehicles if needed.Just a suggestion to the owner, it might be helpful to have more kitchen towels, cloths, ...

«A wonderful time was had by all. Terry and Krystal are phenomenal host. Hoping to return when a hurricane isn’t in the forecast and we can stay the full length of planned stay. »

«I’ve stayed here before. The only complaint is the sofa bed had no sheets and was not clean. I had to go buy some sheets before I’d let my granddaughter sleep on it. The only other complaint which is by no means the owners fault is there were some very loud and obnoxious guests that thought it appropriate to yell and cuss till 5 am. I will stay here again.»

«Our place was clean and decorated well, Rooms were nice and living areas were very accommodating for our group of 7 adults. Porches provided nice views and we would have spent more time there had it not been so hot outside. Place also provided ample beach equipment for all of us. We would definitely stay there again.»
