«When you rent this condo, it goes through Vacasa. They were terrible as property managers. we were told days in advance we could get an early check in if the room was clean. Upon arrival, we were told no early check in was allowed. So we waited hours to check in. After checking in we had an issue with the cold water not turning on in the shower our first night. «We had a good stay overall. The beach access was truly two minutes from the building which is why I chose this property. The room: if you have any minor back problems, you cannot comfortably use the pull out couch. We had to change our sleeping arrangements because the pull out couch is extremely uncomfortable and screeches with every move. The problem is the cross bars which will poke you no matter how you lay. It was very hard to pull it out as something gets stuck in the mechanism. I was ...

«My stay was great! As soon as I got there Mr. Richard greeted me. The place itself was very clean and so convenient. I didn’t have to worry about waiting to get on an elevator. The freezer already had ice and our car was parked right out in front. Really great place, I will definitely be staying here again!»
