The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. Please do not feed them.

The cabin has a spiral staircase.

Liquid soap for your hands is provided at every sink. Towels and linens for the beds are provided.

Awesome!
It was great! We grilled right out front! Adults stayed upstairs kids stayed downstairs! Super convenient location! Theo was great about responding to messages! I’d only advise being another pillow for the two rooms upstairs! But lovely stay!

Mostly great but guests didn’t care for it
There were a few things broken in the unit. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner was attentive and helpful. The only negatives were some things broken in the house. Not the owner’s fault but rather rude guests who don’t take good care of things. All the game pieces were shoved in a ziploc bag all together. Only one game was playable. We spent an hour or more sorting game pieces only to find the one game SPOONS had all the pieces. A plain deck of cards was what we were looking for but there was none. The downstairs tv didn’t work due to a crack in the screen. Again, probably my guests not caring for things. The owner needs to fix it. The tv does not work. Gathering rooms were smaller than expected. It seems the pictures were taken with a wide angle lens. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable though. Nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom. Plenty of utensils and dishes for cooking. Be sure to bring your own foil, plastic wrap, salt/pepper, condiments, etc. none of this is provided. We are thankful for the place to stay and we had a very nice time.

Wonderful location !
This was a great place for our family, 6 adults and 3 kids. The location was close to all the local attractions. Communication with the owner was great. The only thing - the ladies in our family wanted me to mention you need to bring your own blower dryer as there is not one in the cabin.

My family was there for Jeep Jam. The property was in a great location. We were just minutes from town and the Golf course. The house was clean and comfortable. I was especially pleased with our host. He was extremly attentive and stayed in communication with us at all times. Family getaway
Honestly, our first impression of this property was “wow, this is small.” The pictures make it look way bigger than it actually is. But I’ll list all of our pros and cons! Pros: - Kroger is 6 minutes away. Which is nice when traveling with children who forget things, lol. - the beds were actually comfortable as were the pillows. I find this hard to find in rentals and we always bring our own but I didn’t even use mine! - the distance to attractions is reasonable. - I liked the tv’s because they automatically log you out of your accounts when your stay is over Cons: - the size of the cabin itself. The living/ dining/kitchen is SMALL. I would not recommend traveling with the “max capacity” this rental will hold. We were on top of each other with 13 people and technically it could sleep 14-16 I believe. - the refrigerator had broken drawers and ice trays and was also smaller than our fridge at home for a family of 4. -

Better than expected!!
Excellent place for our group. Spacious, with four bedrooms and a bathroom in each, which was a big plus. Game room, hot tub, and easy access from the main Highway through Sevierville. Will definitely be staying again when we come through the area. Communication with the owner was also great. Highly recommend.

Just Enough
The host/owner made this experience the best. He was very attentive to every message. VRBO site went down and he was able to help with my checking in process. We were unable to get any inbox messages that had the physical address, check in code and our instructions on check out. Mr Theo took time to personally message. ❤️ That speaks volumes to me. The cabin is four bedrooms, 4 bath. Two upstairs and two down A game room with a huge flatscreen TV. A nice picnic table on deck with other seating. The hot tub was clean and was perfect for my volleyball players after tournament games. The upstairs main level was spacious enough that we could all hangout and enjoy talking about our day and eating together. Washer and dryer worked as they should. Plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. It was very clean and even dusted in hidden areas that I usually check. So shout out to the cleaning company as well. The mattresses were soft and in good shape. A few suggestions would be, a light that stays on outside such as dust to dawn. It’s extremely dark and you should watch your step. Wished there would have been a crockpot and griddle to help with easy meal prep. It needed a small trash can down stairs in game room and a table would be perfect. Update the bed linens for sure. If you are looking for luxurious and all the bells and whistles, this isn’t for you. But if the simple things, making memories together and easy fits your life style then this cabin is “just enough.” AB (WV)
