"Veldig bran, enkelt og fint flyplasshotell. Veldig god service og bra utvalg av mat og drikkemuligheter der. Direkte adgang til flyplassen derfra. Siden vi reiste før frokostswrvering fikk vi frokost med oss i takeaway bokser når vi sjekket ut, stoet pluss!"

"Nice and affordable airport hotel. Absolutely worth its price. Staff was nice, despite some of the reviews I’ve read. My only complaint is that despite being an airport hotel, I was not clearly informed about the shuttle from KLIA to the hotel and we couldn’t find information about it anywhere, although they offer it. We found about the time table for the shuttle at the hotel, and for future guests it leaves KLIA1 10 past, and KLIA2 20 past, every hour from 6-23 I believe. The airport shuttle was nonetheless nice."

"We got to the hotel at 14:30, check-in was from 15:00. We didn't get our rooms until 17:00! It sucked sitting there waiting with nothing to do, with a three year old. The rooms were ok. Carpets in the room which could use a good vacuum cleaning, because they were not clean. The bathroom smelled like sewage, but it helped to close the door nearest to the bed. Dinner and breakfast was good. There is no alcohol in this hotel, no bar and no serving in the restaurant."
