«I can honestly say I've never stayed in a cabin without a restroom or electricity and I heated it with the wood they provided which was very funlight were propane lights, lit with a match. However the drive up and down the Mt. Was at the least, not for the faint of heart...very rough on my car.»

«Just what we needed! Silent, cozy, rustic hideaway, just 20 min's from Kings Canyon/Sequoia. Took gorgeous hikes each day, warmed up by the fire at night. «Pros: beautiful attention to all details for the weary traveler. Super clean! Comfortable beds/bedding/extra blankets, towels, pillows everywhere! Awesome to get in the hot tub after a day in the Sequoias. So close to the park entrance! Pool inviting (though a little too cold to swim). All essentials and more in the kitchen and bathrooms, plus games, pool towels, stuff for b-bque (though we didn't use). «Stayed during the winter season. Was easy to find and get in using the provided instructions. The cabin has all the modern amenities pictured and promised, but also maintains a very cozy and down-to-earth feel. Found everything we needed in the kitchen, and enjoyed the ambiance of having a fire in the wood stove although it isn’t necessary for keeping the place warm. Enjoyed our time and definitely would stay again.»
