«Location is great. Facilities are great. Front desk great. Felt that hot water did not last sufficiently long for a family of 4. Had golf cart parked on our parking space and when we tried driving around it to get to our unit we scratched car on the hedges which is unfortunate as it is a rental car. Some issues with bugs getting into the house which we had to remove as one of the members in our family was bug phobic. »

«Beautiful home! When we entered the home, the views inside and out were stunning! Very open concept and you can see all the way to the pool and the beautiful grounds. The three bedroom 3 1/2 bath layout was perfect for a family, and laundry on site was a bonus. We cooked several meals while we were here and the open concept kitchen and dining area were perfect for meals and game nights. The old growth tropical plants around the property were breathtaking. «We had a great stay at Casa Federico. Our check-in was flawless even though we got in a bit after 10:00pm thanks to Rey who waited for us to make sure we got in safely. The Casa has a fabulous view of the ocean and the Sunset is outstanding! The condo is mostly outside so you may get a few bugs and critters visiting you during your stay. If you don’t have a car the climb up the hill is quite steep but doable. »

«Located in the heart of Santa Teresa, this was a decent stop for a couple of nights. Bear in mind it is located directly off the main strip, so it is quite loud at all times. That being said, the property is extremely walkable with all amenities close by, and no 4x4 required to access unlike some of the other properties located up the hill. . The living room AC kept the unit cool, and the equipped kitchen was appreciated. Decent price for the space, and property rep was very responsive.»

«Great property, better than the pictures. Maria and her father were there to help us at at every turn and the dinners Maria cooked. We’re out of this world highly recommend.»

«Gorgeous property, perfect for large family gatherings. We spent a lot of time on the upper level watching the birds, monkeys and even a sloth. The property manager was very helpful in organizing activities for us. The pool was fantastic as was the entire house. The road up to the house can be hard to find but once you are there you won’t want to leave!»

«The house was very comfortable with each bedroom having its own bathroom. It was directly on the beach. Very close to a small grocery and T least 2 restaurants. »

«The whole family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home and country of Costa Rica! The road up to the home is a bit of a journey (but with 4 wheel drive no problem) but it is so worth it when you get to the home. The views are incredible from every window and deck. Wil, the property manager was so accommodating and easy to work with. If we return to Costa Rica this will be our choice to stay! Thanks again Suzanne, you have a lovely property!»

«The balcony is perfect! Early morning with coffee we saw 3 kings of monkeys, amazone, agouti.. the pool is perfect after the day out and from there we saw toucans and also scarlett macaw! The owner have several dogs and a cat and they are very friendly with everybody! We love that place and recommend it! Alberto and Milena are great hosts! »

«Attentive property manager, super clean and centrally located. Read the review about the barking dogs so was worried but we slept just fine. Other places we stayed had loud dogs surrounding it but this one was fine. Nice house close to everything. »

«I was pleasantly surprised by how this gem is tucked away behind the hotel. You are close-by to help if you need, but you are still far enough to get your full privacy. It’s quite a romantic hideaway. I’d say it suitable for a couple or a small family (due to the sleeping arrangements). The shower pressure is remarkable but the size of the shower is outstanding-biggest shower I’ve ever seen. The tree branches will sway back and forth against the windows, which creates this peace and tranquility ...

«Super great location. Conveniently close to many amenities including groceries and a yoga place. Quite close to Santa Teresa beach. A tad noisy but is completely acceptable given the other pluses. Ps. Bedding and beds were ve try comfortable! »

«We (4 adults in our 60s) loved our stay at this very secluded and architecturally elegant place with a huge view across the jungle to the sea. Pool was a perfect temperature and delightful, and separate bedroom wings provide extra privacy. Birding from the private bedroom baconies was fantastic (toucans, tanagers, etc.) Road leading to the house was implausibly rutted and steep but just barely manageable. Overall, a total delight to stay here.»

«Comfortable and beautifully presented accommodation. It was great to have a functioning kitchen, and the provision of quality bathroom supplies was much appreciated. The pool was good, but currently without any shade, although there is a covered area by the main building. Plenty of parking. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here»
