«Everything about Hyatt Pl., Albuquerque is five out of five. The rooms are large and with the sofa and writing desks in the rooms, it feels like you have separate sleeping and relaxing spaces. Breakfast is top-notch, and staff is very helpful.»

«This hotel was under renovation at the time of my visit. Check in took about 10 min. Once we got into our room we noticed the trash was not taken out from the previous guest. The bathroom had dead cockroaches on the floor. We told the front desk and they wanted to move us to a different room but I opted for the refund. It was disgusting and inexcusable. Don’t stay here!!»

«We had reserved a room with a king size bed and upon arrival we were told that all they had was a room with two double beds. One of the beds had stains on the sheets, the toilet wasn’t functioning properly and the shower had very low water pressure. »
