«We had an amazing stay at this property for the week. We are a family of 4 plus a small dog. 2 bedrooms were perfect for the kids upstairs and my husband and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom. Perfect for a small family! We were within an hour to so much and our stay was just perfect. We rented kayaks from Ski Works who were also great. Great trip and we would absolutely rent again! Carol & Gene are great!»

«This is probably the best place we have stayed on the lake after trying a few over the years. The position was great- near enough to get provisions but far enough away to feel on vacation. We enjoyed the three bedrooms, spacious and well-equipped kitchen, separate dining space (or sadly, makeshift workspace for those of us who weren’t fully on vacation) , lovely dock, kayaks/board at our disposal and fire pit. This place has it all! »

«The property is beautiful and beyond our expectations. The owner has everything you might need. Plenty of towels. Clean linens. The view was outstanding! The neighbor was awesome and helped us out tremendously. The check in was horrible with Vacasa. Not the property owners fault. After driving 14 hours and arriving late in the evening (7:00 pm) the keys were not in the lockbox. Then after contacting Vacasa, we did not receive keys to the property until after 9:00. «The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away.»
