All the amenities we needed in the kitchen and bathroom to make us feel right at home. Only complaint was that there wasn't a snow shovel available to clear the walking path, which got a bit icy in the evenings.»

«This house had most of what we needed but needs a couple of repairs before anyone else should stay here. There was a piece of trim on the floor that was broken and had nails sticking up. One of the glass shower doors is about to break off the wall. An old sock and trash was found in every room. This place could be 5 stars with some TLC. »

«Clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and more than adequate bathroom. Very communicative hosts who thought of just about everything.»

«This quaint cottage was absolutely wonderful to stay in. It was very clean and it was the perfect amount of room for our family of 5. We came back for the night after dark and had a hard time seeing the driveway! Maybe add some lights to line the driveway so it isn’t dangerous turning off the main road. Highly recommend staying here though! We had a great experience. »

«We stayed here for a long weekend during our sons golf tournament, the cabin was so cute and cozy! Plenty of room for our family of four and great view of the course! Had everything we needed, would stay here again.»

«Cottages had everything needed. The property is beautiful - lots of trees and flora. Our furry friends enjoyed exploring the property and the small area of shallow water. We enjoyed the paddleboat and family member enjoyed the kayak. Saw deer, chipmunks, eagles, etc. Very quiet and calming.»

«The area is beautiful. Couldn’t get the heater to work properly. So it was a bit chilly. My husband did want to watch a little t.v. but the sound kept messing up. The screen door was broken and my husband was very concerned about the tape around all the outlets. He didn’t feel it was safe so we didn’t stay a second night. However, if you can get passed all that, it has a nice deck, the lake is just a few feet away and it’s just very pretty and peaceful.»

«Very clean and comfortable and host was very accommodating. Great location to Old Kinderhook Lodge and ice rink. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to everyone. »

«The village of Lupus is unique, and the scenery is gorgeous. Cottage is clean, cozy and well appointed. A bit too far for back-and-forth to Mizzou, but perfect for a restful weekend away. »

«Cleanliness was the only issue. Bed sheets were dirty, no toilet paper in the bathroom, no water pressure in bathroom, bathroom sink didn’t drain, and the place needs a dehumidifier in a bad way. Good location and could have been a really nice place if it was cleaner. »

«We had a wonderful weekend at Kinderhook and this cottage could not have been more perfect for our family of four. We had so much fun playing the board games that were there, enjoyed cooking in the full kitchen and having coffee on the porch! We will definitely be back for a longer stay!»

«We had an annual cousin weekend at the lake, and could not have asked for a better place! It fit us all nicely and we still had plenty of space. We will certainly look at staying at the same place again in the future. »

«Well appointed house with a very comfortable king size bed. We cooked multiple meals, used the grill, and had everything we needed to do it all for two people. There are roosters next door but, the house is well insulated and you can’t hear them inside. Location is convenient to many places. »
