At any given time ( 24hrs ) you can drink and eat all the bottle water, coffee, hot tea, cookies, chips, and guava fruit as a compliment, also the new section of the hotel is built on top of the ruins of the Templo Mayor ( Main Temple ) Tenochtitlan.....Part of the hallway floor is made up of glass, so you can see part of the ruins as you walk on it. «The Reception has people who are not happy about their job and they let you know it. And of course the attention and service was poor. In addition, the hotel has BUGS!!!! I reported it and immediately housekeeping came to “vacuum clean “ they changed linen but the problem persisted. »
