«It was the perfect place for our family to be together to celebrate and play games in a homey place rather than hotel rooms. The property would have received 5 stars, but the master shower water never got hot, only warmish even after running it for a long time. I was also disappointed that the master bed has two twin mattresses joined, leaving an uncomfortable crack between your partner. I would recommend a foam T wedge being added or a regular king mattress to fix this problem. Otherwise, we ...

«This house was great for our large group of 13 between the two families. There was plenty of space for the teenagers to spread out and not bother us adults from our conversations. The backyard is huge, but because of the cooler weather we didnglt get to enjoy it. If i couls complain about anything it would be that the beds were too fiem for our liking, but we were only there for two nights so they were ok. Overall its a great house for vrbo.»

«Set just outside of Des Moines it is peaceful and pleasant in every way. The place is spotless, very nice and had everything we needed to fully enjoy ourselves. Used the hot tub several times and even had a fire outside in a fire pit. You can drive to all the hot spots in the city of Des Moines and then just a short drive to get back to the peaceful country side. The owners went above and beyond to make this trip absolutely perfect. I will be booking again no doubt. »
