«We only had a short stay at the property but it was very, very nice. It was clean and 100% as advertised. I would stay there again next time I am in the area. 5 Stars for sure»

«Our family of 5 adults and 4 children stayed at the Woodland house from December 21 to 25. Our daughter's family of 5 that lives in the area joined us during the day. The house has plenty of room up and down. The basement area was especially nice for the kids and adults to play with plenty of space for cards, playing pool or ping pong. Full size laundry was very helpful. We contacted the host a couple times for needed items (wine glasses and tv remotes). They responded in a timely manner. ...

«This was our 2nd stay at Rock House. Great location close to Central College. My twins love the upstairs bunk room though the steps are very steep- be careful in stocking feet. This tiny house was cozy on a cold and windy night. A possible suggestion would be to add a mirror in the sunroom. It is a good space to get ready for the evening/day since the bathroom is so tiny. I'm sure we will be back again. Love the Rock House»

«The house was the perfect size! It is set up perfectly if you have little ones. A baby gate on the stairs and high chair and step stools. Large deck we didn’t use in January. We would stay here again!»

«This property was the best VRBO we've ever stayed at.so far.We came to town for the holidays and found the house comfortable, with plenty of room to relax between gatherings. Every bedroom has a TV, plenty of pillows, room for your things, and a comfortable bed. The only drawback to the house was the stairs. There are stairs everywhere. We will definitely book this house again. As long as no one is on crutches. »

«Great location walking distance to the Surf and short drive anywhere else. Home was clean, had some coffee pods available and parking in a garage was a bonus especially when it was so cold. Would/will definitely stay here again. »

«Large modern house, great space both inside and out. Nice fixtures and fittings (couple of minor things need a touch up) but overall wonderful! Comfy living room, beds comfy too. Garden and decking area great space to relax in. Host friendly and super responsive....also able to accommodate extra nights stay.»

«So comfortable and plenty of beds for everyone. Check in was super easy. The house book was helpful. We were busy so didn’t use much in the kitchen. Location was perfect and would be great in the summer. »

«We rented the property for family during the holidays. It’s beautifully decorated, very clean and well maintained. The layout worked well for the group. All rooms on one level made it easy to navigate. Location was excellent for entertainment, grocery stores and restaurants in close proximity. Walking distance to a park. Would definitely schedule this property again for the next family visit. »

«This house had everything we needed. The location was within 20 minutes of everything we needed and wanted to do. There’s plenty of room so you’re not on top of each other. The owner was responsive and friendly. We will stay here again when we need to see family. »

« Bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space were perfect for a large family get together. House is stocked with little extras to help make your stay perfect. The hot tub was not working and the sink in the party barn was out of order, but otherwise fantastic!»

«I can’t say enough good things! This place was everything I was looking for and expecting and more! Cabin was spotless. Linens were provided and fresh. Every box was checked. We had the relaxing weekend we were looking for and are already planning our next trip back to this place! Love love love it!!»

«Three families came together to enjoy a couple days of togetherness here, and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. So cozy and comfortable! Hot tub, huge dining room table, game zone, well stocked kitcgen and comfy beds were favorites. Definitely recommend!!»
