«This is a great place to stay as it’s walkable to all things near Kierland Commons. The unit is very nice with a spacious kitchen and bathrooms. Bedrooms were great for two of us as we each had our own room and bathroom (much better than a hotel). The cons for myself were finding the key lockbox and unit as that was a bit of a challenge. There were also a lot of emails which created some confusion (parking pass is in email and not the lockbox). The bedroom night stands do not reach the plugs ...

«Property was great . A little miscommunication from the rental company for check in ( two unanswered messages). They did finally call me . One thing was the cleaning . Which is not the owner or property managers fault . Going to bed the first night , a four pack of open / out of the box was condoms , they were on the edge of the bed by the head board / pillow as well as a hair tie, a dirty sock were underneath the bed . I ended up washing the sheets because there was NO WAY these sheets ...

«My two children and I stayed here for a week at the beginning of February, and we couldn't have been happier.This place is beautiful. As soon as you walk into the guest house, you're met with a warm and inviting feeling of comfort. Importantly, it was VERY clean with a lot of attention to detail. The only thing we missed was warmer weather to enjoy the pool that's right outside the kitchen door! Pam and Bruce (owners) were also so kind and a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely book here ...

«We had a very nice stay in the guest house. The unit is a very nicely done, converted third car garage area. It was a great space for my husband and I, very clean and had some nice extra touches like water bottles in the refrigerator, shampoo and soap in the shower, and plenty of towels and extra blankets. It was very quiet, except between 7:30-7:45a when the main garage door opened and closed. The location was ideal for us and if the need arose we would stay here again.»

«The rooms themselves need a little updating. We stayed in a two bedroom villa with only one bathroom that only had access through the bedroom downstairs. No door on that bedroom as it was open to the living room/kitchen. They kept everything very clean. The pool was very small and hard to get lounge chairs with all the people there. But it was very clean and the staff was wonderful. Everyone there was great. Would go again. »

«Communication about check-in and check-out was nonexistent. I had to call to make sure we still had a room and find out the check-in information. The room was good, we had one ant in the shower- which in the Phoenix area is not the big of a deal. Enjoyed having 2 King bed however. »
