«I never say this.... but we will be back. Our getaway was fridgid but beautiful and waking up to that view of the lake was amazing. We were warm and cozy indoors. We also hottubbed in a snow shower. The house was perfect with many thoughtful details. »

«We had an amazing stay at Sunset Oasis! We were able to check in early on Thanksgiving, and on that day, my boyfriend proposed! We took a long walk and were in hot tub and had champagne with the Christmas lights on! We had our kids there for a day, and made a special dinner. At night, the water and waves lapped up and we never slept so good. It was a magical stay I will never forget!»

«My wife and I stayed for two nights, comfortable house with interesting gardens. House was very clean. Did not matter to us but second bedroom has very low ceiling. Main bedroom had nice mattress. Easy check in and was nice and warm with lights on when we arrived which was a nice touch. Clearly they make an effort to make your stay comfortable as they can. Even a little toilet paper flower in the spare roll. »

«Had a wonderful weekend trip with my boyfriend and our dog. Clean house with all of the amenities. Short ride to Aurora (cute small town) and 1/2 hour to Ithica (hiking and city). Corner store and a couple of wineries nearby. Would definitely stay again when we can use the lake, but enjoyed the sunsets and beautiful mornings. »

«The house clean and details provided about the listing were very accurate. My wife enjoyed jetted tub. Location was excellent and easy to get following directions and information about the roads near cottage. The fenced in yard for dogs was very convenient . We only stayed one day and it rained but would be an excellent spot to view a beautiful sunset that the area is known for . »

The While Away Cottage is perfectly equipped to handle 3 couples, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths The house and property is very clean - and they had everything you'd need including a fully stocked coffee bar.
