«The apartment was clean and well equipped. Beautiful beach close by. The only problem we had was that it was a bit noisy. At check in they said it would be some work next door on monday, for a couple of hours. That was fine. But on tuesday - without warning they started both on the roof and next door apartment at 07:45 in the morning. This went on for the whole day. Two times we had pieces (piece of wood and a bucket) falling down on our terrace where we were sitting. Luckily we were not hit. ...

«The staff seemed uninterested and almost rude. Our hotel room had a bad smell, we tried changing rooms, but was declined. They said that there were no other rooms available, even though we could see on hotels.com that rooms were still available for booking the same days. The location was great and the beach was beautiful. Would pick another hotel next time.»

«Hotellet var alt vi trengte. Veldig god beliggenhet. Hadde en fin bungalow ved stranden , ingen svømmebasseng, men trengte ikke det med så nydelig Strand og sjø rett på utsiden.Bra frokost inkludert. Flink og hjelpsom personal hele tiden, som jobbet veldig hardt . Følte meg virkelig velkommen. Vil reise tilbake ditt. Kan anbefaler»

«The hotel shows signs of wear and tear but it is still a nice hotel. We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights which was enough to fully enjoy all amenities. You have a gym, pool and access to sea/ocean as well. Room service was one of those things that could be better, it wasn't up to standards. Whenever you order rooms (applies to all hotels) a floor plan is recommend which makes it easier to book. Generally we are satisfied with the hotel, 4 stars is I guess accurate for this hotel in general. ...

«We had a wonderful stay! The rooms and resort were in great, new and clean condition. It was amazing to watch the marine life at night in the overwater bungalow. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The only downside was the food. We felt it wasn’t at a 4 star caliber. Saying that, the water, beaches, and gardens compensated and we loved our stay. »

«Pension familiale bien située, au calme, les fare ont leur âge, mais sont tout à fait convenable. La petite plage avec les tables et chaise est magnifique avec pleins de petits poissons, et des raies qui passent tout près du bord. Le cadre est parfait pour se ressourcer. L'accès aux paddle et kayak est génial. Je recommande. »

Nice hotel on Tahiti with beautiful views

"The hotel shows signs of wear and tear but it is still a nice hotel. We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights which was enough to fully enjoy all amenities. You have a gym, pool and access to sea/ocean as well. Room service was one of those things that could be better, it wasn't up to standards. Whenever you order rooms (applies to all hotels) a floor plan is recommend which makes it easier to book. Generally we are satisfied with the hotel, 4 stars is I guess accurate for this hotel in general. Staff is helpful, yet like written earlier renovations should be considered as wear and tear is visible."

Flott opphold på Hotel Matai
