«We had a great time at Fran’s place, there are great red rock views from all rooms of the house. There were so many nice touches that made our stay extra comfortable and the communication with the host was so easy. The house was walking distance to restaurants and close driving to hiking trails. We loved Sedona and look forward to coming back one day!»

I was able to enjoy a hot cup of black coffee and a cigar around the fire pit most mornings and just soaked up the solitude. The owners/managers were very helpful and communicative. If you're looking for a place with restaurants and shopping centers just down the road, look elsewhere. But if you're looking for a quiet place off the beaten path, you're probably looking for this property.»

«It is a beautiful property , huge hot tubs , the bed needed updated and I would say it’s more of a full size than a queen, not much room to walk around, it’s long and narrow , you can easily hear the neighbors in the adjacent extra rooms, we could not reach anyone by phone the entire time, we had to go to the office , we did let them know and only the last lady we spoke to offered to fix the phone but we were leaving so it didn’t matter, also the phone seemed to work just no one would answer. ...
