«We very much enjoyed our stay. The location allowed easy walking to the many shops, restaurants, and interesting sites in downtown Dover. The property was clean, comfortable, and charmingly decorated. The thoughtful amenities were appreciated, especially the tea, coffee, filters, and Q tips.»

«I thoroughly enjoyed my getaway at this VRBO. I felt that it had everything I needed. I’m familiar with the area, so I knew what was available there. The only thing I would mention is that the refrigerator didn’t seem particularly cold. Otherwise, everything was great and I would love to stay again!»

«This place is so close to the beach that it was closer than the public restrooms. There are plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute walk. Getting to the beach is a 2 minute walk...3 if you're a slow walker. We stayed in room 2. It's small but it has everything you need. Kitchen is stocked for cooking if you're so inclined, but why would you? You're on vacation. The bunkbeds are nice if you have kids. I'd only ask the owner to add some kind of rail for the top bunk. «The property was very clean and the host, Chris, was great at communicating before and after our stay. The house was nicely appointed but had a few issues giving it a 4 from us. The outside stairs were in disrepair and the bedrooms were small to move around in. It was very nice but for the price I would have liked at least a half bath on the lower level and less tight quarters.»

Needs screen on bedroom window and back door. Perhaps cleaning staff should more aggressively address kitchen floor, cabinets and drawers, soiled rug in living room, etc. Not deal-breakers - but needs a bit of TLC. »
