«We traveled 4 hours to stay at this rental only to find out that the place was vacant and locked up tight. There has been no renovation and the host was unresponsive. There wasn't any furniture, no stove, no refridgerator, and there was trash around the place. We had no phone service and no place to stay. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, IT IS A SCAM!!!»

«We had 6 adults who enjoyed the very clean Flat Top Farmhouse. The surrounding area was beautiful and there was plenty to see and do. Pipestem Resort includes the Presidential Bunker Tour and if you haven't heard about it - it is worth the time to see it! In summary, we really enjoyed our stay in West Virginia.»

«Great place to spend two days with family from out of town that only sees each other once or twice a year. Teens loved the ping pong table and hot tub (adults too!), house was very clean and Holli was very responsive. Overall highly recommend. »

«Our group of 5 adults really enjoyed our stay. Centrally located for the sites we wanted to see, restaurants, convenience store, gas, all right there. The 5th bedroom advertised only had a crib but we made due. 3 story house, plenty of stairs obviously, railings could use some tlc but that's about it. Property was spotless and comfortable; our group would definitely stay here again. »

«We came from Indiana for a conference in Beckley. The house was Great and just as explained. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and there was more than enough room for eqch of us. Nice yard and pool for the kids to play. We'll definitely be back. »

«We spent four nights here while riding in early November 2024. The place is recently renovated, spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent from booking to checkout. We will definitely consider staying here again next time we ride in this area. »

«My daughters and I found the house to be very nice. The snacks on the dining room table were certainly not expected and a nice welcome. The only thing that I saw that might need a little attention is the railing on the front steps. It is a little wobbly - needs a little attention. Otherwise, it was a great house for us.»

«The house was very nice, roomy, and well maintained. The road leading in is narrow (which is expected for mountain roads), but the drive had plenty of parking. We throughly enjoyed watching the deer every morning and evening. Even though the trail head is farther than advertised (13 miles instead of 3 miles), the drive via SxS was very nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to see y’all again. »
