"Veldig fornøyd borsett fra at vi bestilte rom for tre og rommet kun var gjort klart for to. Kunne heller tenkt oss ordentlig seng isteden for at rommet var utstyr med svært skrivebord. Fikk ok ekstraseng. Etter vi ga beskjed om at rommet bare var gjort klart for to viste de service kvaliteten deres."

"Vi skulle egentlig kun bo på dette hotellet kun én natt, men bestemte oss for å forlnge oppholdet på grunn av den gode servicen vi fikk. De ansatte overrasket stadig og vi ble alltid møtt med et smil. Jeg vil gi en spesiell utmerkelse til Jed og de ansatte i resepsjonen. "

"Great hotel with a great location. Nice and clean rooms and very nice staff 😊 the breakfast was very good, maybe the best breakfast in 3,5 week. Better than many 5 starts hotel I’ve stayed at here in Philippines. Unfortunately my checking was delayed 45 minutes due to a full hotel the night before. I booked a room with a washing machine after traveling for 3,5 weeks so I could clean my clothes before continuing my travel. When I started to do the laundry the tumble dryer didn’t work. So this combined with a late check in gave me a very late evening… wasn’t done with my laundry before 10 pm…. They have a laundry room by the reception, if you are booking a room with because of the laundry machine, I would rather have used the machines down by the reception 😊"

"the hotel had the impression that it is worn and old. poor option for breakfast for Europeans. in addition, the outdoor area was dirty, even though people were at work, no one washed or swept away the dirt and old leaves. the pool was also dirty and appears that it has not been washed for a long time. Here, leaves and debris were not removed, even though there were people at work. Also the staff at work, specialy the breakfast did not give any good service. For example, why do you need to ask for dried bacon instead of serving it finished? We asked for apple juice for our child, they needed to make it. Fair enough but they asked us to pay for the service. A good four or five star place would have done it as a service. Check in the reception took very long time. We had to wait for 30mins and thats too long… all in all the total experience og this hotel is that they cannot deliver a four or five star service.."

"Nice location of the hotel which is a previous Hilton one. swimming pool and small garden setup. Also nice small beach with imported sand. Not many guest so hotel was very silent in all aspects. Thus the service of all functions were excellent, professional and friendly. Food was very good - breakfast buffet with easily ordered tailor made omelette and all selections of Asian and international dishes. Sandwich at the beach was huge and could feed a whole family. Dinner in bar and restaurant also very good. Walking distance to Magellan's Marker (15 min) and Newtown (30 min). Ferry to Olango Island very closeby. Taxi ride to Cebu City 45-60 minutes for 300-400 pesos. Airport 15-30 minutes with taxi. Had a room with balcony - nice sea view and perfect to sea sunrise. In the afternoon both the swimming pool and beach get into shadow. "
