«The location of the property is outstanding, a 15 minute walk to Deia and short drive to Soller and Valdemossa. The house and property are also terrific with 180 degree views and the sea and surrounding hills from the ample terraces and pool deck. I would definitely rent this property again.»

«Das Haus ist bestens geeignet für Paare die nicht den Trubel der touristisschen Zentren mögen. Dennoch ist es nahe genug um in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß Pollenca zu durchstreifen. Ebenfalls ist man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten an den verschiedenen Stränden der Umgebung. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel passte hervorragend. Sowohl bei der Ankunft wie bei der Abreise. Das Haus ist mit allem was wir benötigten ausgestattet. Der Aufenthalt hat viel Spaß gemacht.»

«We had a wonderful stay at this great and well-equipped house. It easily accomodates a familiy of four, and the outside kitchen/dining area worked very well for late night meals. The large pool has a good variety of depths, making it suitable for both adults and children of all ages. Both hosts are so friendly and we loved checking out the area around the house (olive trees) and give the donkeys carrots. Thank you so much! We will certainly visit again!»

«We have stayed at Miquels house now for the second time. The house is perfectly clean and spotless. Great location, only 10-15 minute drive til Alcudia and Pollenca. The host Miquel is great, good comminication. We stayed at this house 3 years ago, and the condition has not changed, it still looks like new. We enjoyed a lovely week with our family at this house. We will come back.»

Das Bett im oberen Schlafzimmer ist eine Zumutung, der Stuhl ist völlig hinüber, den sollte man lieber entsorgen, anstatt ihn da noch stehen zu lassen. Das Geschirr ist ein Sammelsurium und nicht ausreichend für 6 Personen. Die Lage des Hauses und die Außenanlagen mit dem Pool sind aber dafür sehr schön.»

«Villa Irina is a lovely villa situated in the beautiful town of Pollença. It had all the amenities you would want, with a lovely pool, beautiful gardens; patio area and BBQ. Great for 4 people but would also accommodate 6 easily. Located near to the coast with stunning views of the mountains and coast, and full of history. Thoroughly recommended!»

«Great stay in a lovely villa with an enjoyable pool. Made use of table tennis, pool table, footballs and basketballs provided. 2 families (kids ages of 1, 3, 6, 6, 7). Nowhere walkable but that didn’t bother us. Nice drive into Alcudia and Pollenca. Lots of insects from the surrounding crops prevented us sitting out in the evenings. Cockerel was a bit of a frustrating early wake up call. None of these would stop us coming back to this well kept Villa. Thank you very much»

«En skal vel lete lenge etter så sliten sted. Bare å råde alle om holde seg unna. Det var slitt over alt og dører kunne nesten ikke åpnes. Mye støy flere netter fra andre rom uten at noen gjorde noe med det. Enste som var litt bra var kort vei til stranda, men rådet er ikke bestill!!!!»
