This charming, 2 bedroom home is ideally located in downtown Santa Fe and is the perfect choice for your next adventure! Only 30 min to the Ski Basin and walking distance to the Plaza, restaurants, galleries and shops!
This home's location provides ideal access to the Santa Fe Opera, Santa Fe Ski Resort, the Railyard Arts District, Canyon Road, and various area mountain biking and hiking trails.

Featuring a cozy wood burning fireplace to warm you on chilly winter nights,
the gorgeous Santa Fe style decor adds the perfect amount of charm and sense of place to your stay. You will find yourself wanting to come back again and again!

This unit also has off-street parking for 2 cars under a carport, a propane fired grill as well as a washer and dryer.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great place!
Very nice! Clean and quiet. Walk about .6-1.0 mile to the center plaza. It is doable - wear comfortable shoes for sure. A small to midsize car will fit in the space. A large suv will not. The drive way is a shared driveway with three other units. We would stay here again.

Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed. Suggestion-take your own computer. No Smart TV. Need to upgrade the satellite/cable from deceased geriatric channels. Very small carport. Spiders and cobwebs inside and out. But, enjoyed stay.

Santa Fe Property
Great traditional Santa Fe house! Very comfortable beds, lovely decor, spaces to eat either inside or out on the back patio. Nice and useful kitchen & bathroom amenities. Great location (we were able to walk to the Zozobra event). Would definitely stay here again if we return to Santa Fe.

Everything was terrific. You might want to clean the cobwebs off of and under the patio furniture. There are two old chairs sitting out front that probably should be taken away. It makes the place look a little junkie when it isn’t. Otherwise, thanks for providing a great place with no surprises and great communication!

Wonderful condo in great location
Peaceful condo in the heart of Sante Fe close to major attractions such as the cathedral, art museums, museum hill, and the O’Keefe museum. Also close to shops and restaurants. Perfect place for your Santa Fe getaway with everything you need for self-catering too.like the adobe architecture.

Santa Fe Week
I stayed a week on this property with my husband and parents. The property was clean enough, the location was good, the location was quiet, the beds were comfortable. But not all the pillows had pillow cases and not all the pillow cases where the right size for the pillows. Also, the information for the televisions was incorrect. It was not possible to watch Netflix or Hulu and you needed a parental pin code to watch free On Demand programming. Otherwise, I do recommend this location.

Great property for 2 couples. 2 king bedrooms, 2 very good bathrooms. Well equipped, high ceilings with skylights throughout. 10-15 minute walk to plaza. Only suggestion, rent a smaller SUV. The covered parking space was only 10 feet wide, with adobe walls on both sides. What a great place for a stay in Sante Fe

Great convenient place to stay in Santa Fe
The property was very nice and nicely appointed. Actually larger than it looked in pictures. Cute little kits for toiletries and kitchen supplies. Super comfortable beds including the sofa bed. We loved that it was easily walkable to the plaza, but also right off a main road for when we needed to drive further afield. Very quiet neighborhood. Although the management company sent lots of automated messages and was responsive to email, the only thing missing was the personalized touch of getting to know an individual owner.

Santa Fe Casita
The rental was in a nice quiet neighborhood on the North side just off Paseo de Peralta. Walking was easy to the Plaza, and a number of hiking opportunities were close by, including 2 arroyos and Fort Marcy Park. A large shopping mall was conveniently a few minutes away. We enjoyed the true Santa Fe ambience and our overall stay was excellent.

The check in was seamless. The condo was 2 bedroom and 2 bath. We had a private patio with a fireplace. We had a broken coffee pot and they replaced it the same day! Everything was clean, organized and beautiful. We definitely will stay again!!

Cozy, comfortable, close proximity to the best of Santa Fe
We stayed in Unit C, which is an adorable, pueblo-style unit, in a complex of three other units. Parking in the carport was a bit tight, for the Toyota Highlander that we had. Not a concern, just a note to future renters. Unit had 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds and adequate storage for a long-weekend, perfect for our group of 4. Kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, dishes, and small appliances (coffee-maker, electric teakettle, toaster). Bathrooms, living room, outdoor area were all fine, no issues. We had minor issues connecting to the WiFi, which I only mention because the property managers were super helpful and really responsive in the resolution. The unit is walking distance to just about everything that you might need during your stay: Starbucks, Sprouts market, La Dolina (bakery), and all the restaurants and attractions of the plaza area. Would highly recommend this property to others!

Great spot in Santa Fe
Short stay, only 3-days, but enjoyed being able to easily walk into town. The unit was clean and comfortable for us and our 12 year old son. Quiet and safe residential neighborhood.
