The villas are immersed in the jungle, offering a tranquil and quiet environment where one can listen to nature and breathe fresh air. Its central location is perfect, being just 10 minutes away from Playa Juanillo, known for fishing and stunning views, and Playa Ostional, famous for turtle nesting and perfect waves for experienced surfers. Additionally, its position allows guests to easily explore other beaches and vibrant areas like Nosara, Marbella, Playa Negra, Avellanas, and Tamarindo.

Guests have full access to their accommodation, including common areas of the property, pool, parking, and terrace. It's important to note that the entrance has stairs and is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for those with reduced mobility.

Although we won't be physically on the property, we are available via the Airbnb app or WApp to respond quickly to any questions or needs. We have maintenance staff available 24/7 on the property.

The surroundings offer restaurants, shops, and activities amidst lush nature and stunning landscapes.

Due to the location and to make the most of the nearby nature and beaches, we recommend guests come in a medium-sized car or 4x4. Parking on the property is private and exclusive for guests.

The accommodation offers a fully equipped kitchen, private terrace, and two bedrooms. Guests also have access to common areas such as the pool and living room, where they can enjoy tables and seating areas to enjoy nature. House rules include restrictions such as not entering neighboring grounds without permission, parking only in designated areas, keeping a moderate volume, and prohibitions on drug use and hosting large events. Specific pool rules also apply for everyone's safety.
