«The location is good, and the interior / decor is stunning, however for $1000/night you expect more. The hotel is still undergoing renovations which was not informed us until we arrived. The service was mediocre at best, the staff seemed new and lacking knowledge. Nothing extra to justify this price. No coffee maker or hairdryer in room, and phones to room service were not connected. It felt like they opened the hotel the same day, probably they should have waited a few more days to work things ...

«This hotel was so incredibly beautiful. Walking distance to everything, the staff are fantastic, they hosted a free happy hour for guests, and the room was gorgeously decorated with a very comfy bed. I highly recommend staying here!»

«This is a very nice little hotel close to the beach in Santa Barbara. Clean, nice rooms, and we had a fireplace which was good in the chilly evening. Very nice and helpful staff. We arrived a little late but the receptionist checked online for open restaurants nearby so we could get dinner, and did the same next morning when we were looking for a breakfast place. »

«Because it was off-season, I had to go next door to check in. There was no one to call at midnight when the neighbor was having an argument - someone locked out and angry. Otherwise, the room was lovely. »
