«We did not get the final check in email instructions and code until 9pm that same day as check in. The host did not message me back (two messages sent 12 hours apart) and so I had to call the number on our way to the house and speak to someone who gave me the code to get in. «We loved being a couple blocks from the beach in a quiet neighbourhood. We thoroughly enjoyed having our breakfast and lunch at the unit inside and up on the outside deck and dinners out in the nearby restaurants. The access to transit was great. Our property managers were friendly, helpful with recommendations and prompt at responding. We had a wonderful experience.»

«The weather was unseasonably cold. The small heater in the unit was not able to keep up. Contacted the owner and they supplied an additional heated that made it more comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.»

«My husband and I booked the Modern Sea Scape property - mainly because they allowed dogs. We took both of ours and couldn’t have had a better vacation. This home was extremely comfortable and located in a charming neighborhood. Great location- we were able to walk to the pier and all around the Funk Zone. The setting is very quiet, and it feels like you're up and out of the bustle of the City even though you're at most 15 minutes away from the most popular parts of Santa Barbara. «The property was ok. Just a little small. The neighborhood was directly off the freeway and was a very crowded street with no parking. The driveway was short and off center of the street entrance. The check in time was 3:00 but we were not able to check in until 3:30 due to the cleaning lady still being there. During our stay, the cleaning lady came through the driveway to use the laundry area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would have liked a more seamless stay. »

«There was some mix up at check in and the room we paid for was not available. Also we needed a dog room which apparently even though I stated it in the notes was not reservable In the end we got a very tiny room with a sub par access path and wasn’t able to really enjoy any of the real beauty of the hotel, except for in lobby Hotel tried to make it right.
