«The home was absolutely perfect. The amenities were great and decorated beautifully. »

«The Santa Cruz suite was nice. The bathroom was clean, pretty quiet. We had two cars but parking on the street wasn't an issue for the second car. Although not the property managements fault some lady said I stole her spot in the back I informed her there are no assigned spots. The location was great just a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. And about a 45 minute walk to the downtown area. I'd probably stay here again.»

«Beautiful, spacious, nicely furnished and decorated home in a great location within walking distance of downtown. Private, garage parking (with a dumb waiter to help with moving luggage upstairs) - outdoor areas to enjoy the weather - washer/dryer - fully equipped kitchen. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for our short stay in Santa Barbara. »

«Place was clean and pictures represented the home accurately. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Property managers were responsive and check in and out was easy. Night time noise from the street was rather loud and the bedrooms did not have sound machines or tvs to drown it out. TVs in bedrooms would be a nice addition for visitors who would like to decompress in their rooms. Even with this, we would recommend and would stay here again!»

«The property is exactly as described. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach. And easy access to downtown Montecito. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our dog. The owners were upstairs but have a separate driveway and entry to their home. We saw them twice during our one week stay (very briefly). Easy communication with the owners. We would definitely stay here again. »

«My sister and I wanted a place near East Beach so we could easily walk everywhere. The place isn't fancy but clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood feels safe and is very quiet. I really appreciated the good quality beach chairs, towels, and umbrella available for our use. Tri County Produce is just 2 blocks away and has all the basics. Next time I won't even rent a car (even though it was no problem finding street parking). We enjoyed walking on the bike path to get coffee and then ...
