«We booked a room, showed up before checkin time and they were not operating yet for the season. Mistakes happen, so we weren’t too upset as we found a nearby room at Hotel Portobello . The groundskeeper told us to get a refund thru Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel denied our refund. They said we didn’t cancel within the cancelation time frame?? This place is such a scam. I do not recommend unless you want to risk losing your money. »

«The property was very clean, and Salvatore came every day in the morning to clean the pool and pick up garbage. Even though we don't speak italian it's possible to understand each other, he speaks a bit english and there's always Google translate. Salvatore made pizza for everyone one night and it was delicious! There's cows and goats in the streets around the house and it's really charming. No need to worry, they can't enter the property.
