NOTE: A refundable security deposit is required, along with rental agreement, and government issued ID verification. Up to 8 guests maximum, per city permit. Street parking is not allowed for Short-Term-Rental guests per city ordinance, 2 off-street parking spots are provided. Max 2 pets, must be approved in advance along with signed pet agreement. Maximum two pets allowed and must be disclosed and approved in advance.

If you plan to use ANY public transportation please let me know so I can provide you with re-fillable Clipper Cards so you can avoid buying multi-tickets and also will give you a discount on fares and ticketing for all transit agencies automatically.
