The balcony is a perfect place for meals. There are lateral views to the beach and harbor.

There is directly access to the balcony form the bedroom and living room.

There are two heated pools at the resort children and adults. From the pool area and solarium there are direct views to the beach and the promenade.

Next to the apartment there is a beach, the harbor and the promenade that leads to the fishing town Los Abrigos.

The apartment is in Golf del Sur. This area is well know for golf courts. There are also supermarkets, pubs, many bars and restaurants around the building. .

Five minutes by car to the motorway and comercial areas. Only 10 minutes from the biggest natural beach in the island and fishing town Los Abrigos and 15 minutes from Médano which is the best water sport area. There is only 10 minutes from the airport.

There is public bus and taxi stop near the apartment.

A great location
The location was fabulous. Surrounded with restaurants and an Irish pub and a small supermarket. Within a minute walking to the waterfront. The apartment was nice, comfortable and spacious with a large balcony. We didn’t get to experience having any sunshine on the balcony. We tried in the morning and afternoon. The walk to Los Abrigos takes about an hour walking on the beautiful coastal path which we did daily. The check in felt a bit rushed however we met lots of local people that gave us lots of assistance. We used the local bus to take us out on day trips which was enjoyable and easy to use. Overall a great break over the Christmas period.. Although not much night life.

Semplicemente positivo
Cosa dire....casa con arredamento essenziale ma con un livello di pulizia superlativo. L appartamento si trova a circa 15/20 minuti di strada dalle maggior spiagge sia della zona ovest che della zona sud_est. Se dovessi tornare lo riaffitterei sicuramente.

Un séjour magnifique
Une location idéale pour mon fils de 16 ans et moi, sa mère. Tout est propre, fonctionnel, avec une vue sur la mer et sa plage. Il y a une piscine découverte à l'intérieur de la résidence. Eladio et sa femme, les propriétaire, sont adorables et serviables. Il y a pleins de restaurants tout autour, et les arrêts de bus sont à côté de la résidence, donc facile pour se rendre à la Playa de las Americas, et à 15mn en taxi ou voiture de l'aéroport sud. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une location très très agréable. Et c'était ma première location sur le site.

Arrived on the 2nd of this month and was more than happy with the apartment.. beautifully clean and with everything you need to cook a snack.The apartment was in a very convenient position for beach, shops and places to eat also within walking distance to bus stops.. two very happy people.thank you.

Great Location
Right in the heart of Golf Del Sur is this clean and tidy one bed appartment in a private complex. Quiet pool area with stunning views and pool was nice and warm. Several restaurants below the appartment and Irish Bar accross the road for your sporting occasions. Good cheap buses into Los Christianos and beyond and great dry warm weather helped.

We will be back!
The booking of the property was very efficient from start to finish, a big thank you to Sandra. The apartment is ideally situated with easy access to everything you will need. It is extremely well kept and very clean. We were provided with some essentials on arrival and clean bedding and towels half way through our 2 week stay. Other items can be bought from the supermarket across the road. Contact details were readily available in the event of any issues, we had no need to use these. The washer was ideal, with a quick wash to freshen items up, there was also an ironing board and iron. A very efficient hairdryer was in the wardrobe, no need to take your own. Loads of plug sockets for any electrical equipment, charging phones etc. A safe was provided for security of your valuables, also there was a well equipped kitchen, saying that we ate out with the exception of the occasional breakfast. There is plenty of hot water as long as you leave a slight gap between showers, usual for Tenerife. The communal pool area is very nice with views out to the harbour/sea. The water is heated so ideal for all. Work was on going on the smaller pool, I suspect this may be changing slightly. We will be back which says it all!

Estadia no Edifício Aguamarina
Chegamos ao Aguamarina por volta das 1a.m. e pagamos mais 50€ tal como combinado com a anfitriã (Sandra). Ela foi muito atenciosa connosco dando todas as informações necessárias para entrar no edifício e respectiva piscina. A zona da piscina é agradável estando a maior parte das vezes com apenas 6-8 pessoas durante a nossa estadia. O apartamento era bastante quente, principalmente o quarto. Mas a Sandra deixou uma ventoinha o que foi muito útil!!! Tínhamos carro por isso conseguimos nos deslocar até a los Cristianos e las americas em 20min. Até a Santa Cruz demoramos cerca de 1h e até ao Loro Park 1h:30min. A nossa estadia foi tranquila e agradável. Obrigada, Sandra 😃

Basic but adequate for short stay holiday. Most things needed were there. Would benefit from the small things e.g. egg cups, plus a few cleaning materials, so that clients Could look after bit better. Could do with a more comfortable sofa. Beds very comfortable. Good working kitchen. Apartment very clean. Good views from balcony.

Good apartment in an excellent location
We were very happy with the apartment for cost and location. Right next to the sea and with a good sized communal pool which rarely got busy. Sandra was helpful when required and we would definitely stay here again. The only downside was no air con and the room got warm particularly in the afternoon when the sun was poring onto the balcony.
