«We had a wonderful week at this property with 6 adults and 2 kids. It was a great location to get to old San Juan and over to Fajardo and el Yunque. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The family loved the outdoor space and the pool. »

«The unit was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It is in a separate building; there are no living quarters above or below. The air conditioning worked well. The hurricane blinds block out the light, so you don’t wake up at dawn. We had no problem finding on street parking.The photos on VRBO depict a well maintained residence, however we had some issues.There was a leak in the ensuite bathroom bathtub when we arrived. «The property was amazing & was more than enough room for our group of 20 people. Pools were nice & the location couldn’t have better. While there were a few things broken, the host was very quick to respond and to get someone over to help us. Only downside, is they are very strict on quiet hours and being outside past 10pm while simultaneously advertising for big groups, including bachelor / bachelorette trips. Regardless, we all had an amazing time in PR, staying at this property! »

«This property was perfect for our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). Francheska went above and beyond to help us before and during the trip to make sure we had everything we needed. There were stocked fridges, sand toys, wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, and so much more. We would definitely recommend to other large groups!»

«I stayed for a week with two other friends. We really enjoyed our stay. Very walkable to Old San Juan and Balneario del Escambrón Beach (around 15 minutes each). There are multiple dining options (also walkable), but I recommend eating at Old San Juan. The only point of discomfort was that we could not throw toilet paper down the toilet, but that's because the pipes around Old San Juan are an older version. If that would be an issue, I would recommend finding a different accommodation in Newer ...
