Went offseason, so in-hotel amenities were either unavailable (on-site restaurant) or inconvenient (jacuzzi is covered, but exposed to the outside). «We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Roche Harbor Resort, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom space was very large and well appointed. The staff was so kind and helpful in every way and gave great hiking recommendations(thanks Tara!). We ate at McMilllin's on site both nights and the food and service(Leslie) was perfection! We had originally booked the last room available in the inn, but in the end, they gave us an upgrade. The breakfast was fresh and locally made, including with eggs from the chickens on the property. «Excellent property, nicely located right outside froday harbor, far enough to where you dont get cars driving by, but close enough that if you forget to buy something its a quick drive. Hosts were very easy to get a hold of and flexible. Room is perfect size for a weekend trip and everything was top notch.»

«Tongue and grooved knotty pine, Leathered granite counters, views of the water from every angle. High end amenities, a perfect place to unwind. High end flooring throughout with heated tile floors in the bathrooms and utility/wash room. An amazing place to stay on San Juan, perfectly situated between Friday harbor and Roche harbor. Orcas, sea lions and coast guard were plentiful for viewing from the two different balcony style decks. What a treat!»
