Recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this one bedroom luxury casita includes a complete kitchen with brand new appliances, including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedroom is comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and plush bed coverings. Spacious living room has extra sleeping space with comfy sofa and seating area. Luxury furnished yard with private pool, BBQ grill, lounge chairs and everything you need to relax and feel welcome! Smart HDTV, free high-speed WiFi , free onsite parking and private entrance.

Charming Casita!!
We had a wonderful time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary in San Antonio and couldn't have asked for better accommodations than Eddie and Sally's awesome casita!! Everything was perfect - the location, the pool, the wine, cereal, milk and snacks, the comfortable rooms and bed-- we would definitely recommend this casita and we will be back!! Beautiful property. Very welcoming and clean. Personal touches. When we read the listing and it stated "short distance to Riverwalk...and enjoy strolling...we unfortunately assumed this was within walking distance. While we had a rental car, every place we went we had to drive and that influenced where we went and what we did. If you're looking for a quiet retreat or extended stay and you're okay driving in a city of 1.3 million, then this the perfect place.

This property is stunning. Very beautiful serene setting. The Casita was very comfortable. From high end linens to cozy couch, to just about any appliance or bakeware you need. This place is only about 7 minutes from airport, 15 min from the Alamo and 20 minutes from Sea World. Lots of places to eat nearby. Safe and clean neighborhood. If ever in the area we will stay here again. Host was very communicative. Love everything about this Casita. ❤️

Best experience possible!
This was my favorite experience so far! The property is a peaceful, and beautiful place to stay. The owners certainly put alot of thought and consideration into hosting. There were snacks, fruit, and drinks prepared when I arrived. I felt as if I was visiting family. I will certainly favorite this property for the future! Thanks for a great stay!

No disappointments - True to the posting in VRBO. Very peaceful neighborhood and great place to read and relax. The owners were great people and attentive to your needs. The location in a few miles from the River Walk but on the plus side it is away from the crowds too. Overall one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at.

Nice but VRBO fees are too high.
We love these folks but like other VRBO rentals the VRBO "service" fees (which are worthless) are ridiculous. Hopefully these and other property owners will consider direct booking with some or all of their guest.

Pool was not heated, so unusable for us and it’s not private. It sits about 15 feet from owners back wall of house. The sofa and chair are so old and saggy that it’s a deep lol knee squat every time to get up and off of them. You are expected to empty all your trash bins inside to trash bin outside, take it through the security gate and down the long driveway on garbage day for pick up. The same goes on a separate recycling pick up day. And at the end of each of the pick up days you are to go get the empty container and bring it back to leave outside your door. We were supposed to stay 6 nights, but left after 3. The owners sent me 2-4 emails DAILY reminding me to read all instructions they’d sent, to be sure to take everything we brought with us, etc etc. These are canned emails. House is located behind a Hospital. It did not feel like a vacation.

The casita is beautiful, the bed is very comfortable and the location is great. It’s 15-20 mins from Riverwalk/downtown area, less than 10 mins from the airport and short drive to restaurants, malls etc. The owners are adorable, sweet, friendly and very interesting. They even have dogs to love on!
