Located in a quiet, transitioning neighborhood, this 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home has been recently renovated. It offers a comfortable stay close to downtown with excellent amenities.

Enjoy a secluded hot tub, a badminton court, and Smart 4K TVs in each room. The house features a Sonos Arc & Subwoofer system, Alexa smart speakers indoors and outdoors, and a shuffleboard table for endless entertainment.

Each room is equipped with a smart TV, and the main living area boasts a 80-inch 4K HDR TV. There's also a 70-inch HD Smart TV on the spacious deck TV Not Pictured). For gaming enthusiasts, we provide an Xbox Series X (please bring your own Game Pass login).

The private backyard is perfect for gatherings, featuring a charcoal grill, propane fire pit, and turf area for soccer and badminton.

Amazing Rental!

Great hideaway for BMT Grad
Wonderful stay! The house was comfortable and exactly as described. The location was convenient to local attractions, though the surrounding neighborhood could use some improvement. However, that shouldn't deter you. The only downside for me was the sound of the train horn late at night and in the morning. The host was very responsive helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Not what I was expecting.
Stayed here for 6 days. I want to leave the most honest review I can to help future guest make the best decision for them on where to stay. Communication with the property management was good. Spoke with them a few times regarding issues with the x box and one of the tvs not working, as well as when we arrived the hot tub had sand in it. Host stated was completely drained and refilled so I said not to worry about it. The house is a rough neighborhood. As described “transitional” neighborhood I wasn’t sure what that meant until we arrived. Just based off the location I would have liked to stay somewhere else especially for the price per night of this home. The neighborhood was quiet until Saturday night a neighbor 2 houses down had a party blasting music until cops came at 2 am. The house has foundation issues there are cracks in the walls that are not in the images for this listing. Tiles in one of the bathrooms are loose and grout is missing. I went to take a shower and the shower head had so much hard water it was spraying outside of the shower. I went to every shower head in the house and all had this issue. I cleaned them the best I could so water would say in the shower. Views from the patio/ windows are of run down houses/ houses with broken windows. One of the windows to a bathroom has a crack and seems to be partially broken. Came an across a baby cockroach in the kitchen. One of the coffee machines I could not get to work, would only put water in my cup.

Trinity University Graduation weekend with extended family
Our 11 family members ages 18 - 82 enjoyed our stay. Great house & outside area for a family celebrating graduation! Wonderful! Five comfortable beds, large well appointed kitchen & plentiful indoor/ outdoor seating. Very convenient location for our needs.

Fun home to stay for family
The house was close to all the downtown places, with a lot of fun, easy things for kids and families to do in the spare hours. There is a very large group room for kitchen, dining table TV and a table hockey as well. Outside our family enjoyed the volleyball and the porch seating that overlooked the back yard, The hot tub was clean and easy to use and cover. We had a great time in the house.

Outstanding
Outstanding is the first word that comes to mind!!! The property is just as pictured on the app!! It was very clean, very modern with many conveniences, very roomy, very fun, and very centrally located!!! The property management was extremely helpful a d easy to communicate with. As many said, the neighborhood is much older, but we never had a problem and it was so centrally located with easy access to the interstates!! We sat/played out in the backyard and hot tub a lot!’ There was room for everybody to spread out and have their own rooms and bathrooms!! The decor was beautiful, with the biggest ceiling fan I have ever seen!! Kitchen and coffee bar was well stocked-and I totally appreciate all the shelf/cubbies in the family room!! I highly recommend this property!! We loved it❣️❣️

30th birthday weekend
Flew in 8 of my friends for the weekend to show them SA and celebrate my 30th birthday. As other reviews state, the neighborhood can be deceiving but we had no issues at all! The house was big and there was a lot of room to hang out. The backyard and hot tub are amazing. We were about 10 minutes from the riverwalk and pearl area. Will definitely be staying there again for girls trips!

Perfect house for a big group!
Went with family to celebrate the youngest in the fams 21st birthday. Was a little worried about the neighborhood and surrounding property but all in all felt very safe inside. Location was so close to everything, making Ubers cheap and even trips in the rental car quick and easy. Definitely would come back with even more people and utilize all the amenities. Perfect place for a huge group and good for even cooking some of the meals in house versus eating out every meal per usual on vacations. Owners were also so quick with responses. Never felt like a hassle! Loved my time there! Beds and couches were so comfy!

San Antonio Friend Adventure
We had a great time in San Antonio and the house worked perfectly for us. Just a little out of downtown the location made for easy adventures into town and beyond. The house was set-up perfectly for our group of 8 but could have easily held more. The backyard was as advertised and allowed for some fun when not exploring the city. Neighborhood is still in transition but didn’t feel unsafe. Overall a great place to stay.

Had a great week celebrating retirements! House was fantastic! Everything was clean and very well stocked. Lots of space. Host was very responsive. Hot tub worked very well. As mentioned in previous reviews neighborhood may look questionable but as an all female group we never felt unsafe and would stay here again.

Family trip
We had a group of 14 staying here and we all fit very comfortably. The large kitchen and open concept home worked well for us. The neighborhood appeared sketchy, but we had absolutely no issues and the neighbors we did encounter were kind and helpful. The house was extremely close to downtown San Antonio which worked great for us as it was HOT (102+) during our entire trip. We were able to easily come back, cool down and head out again. Thanks for a great stay!

House was perfect for my family
This property was absolutely perfect for my family. Everyone had a bedroom and their on bathroom. The location to everything we visited was spot on. We had no issues with the neighborhood or neighbors. I had contact with the managing company with an issue that was addressed in less than one hour. They were very accessible. I would and will stay here again. We have never been to San Antonio but want to come back. This house and location was perfect!

Fantastic!
We all had a great time at this property! It was spacious clean and had all the amenities we would ever need. The kids and adults loved all the activities in the backyard. It was in a location close to everything. People talk about the neighborhood but we didn’t even think twice about it. If we ever find ourselves back in San Antonio this is definitely where we will stay! The host answered any question we may have had very quickly. Wis we had planned to stay longer.

Great spot for convention center stay
I hosted my sales team at this home during a trade show we were attending. The house is very comfortable and the games/outdoor space kept everyone entertained for the week. The neighborhood is off-putting at first, but we never felt unsafe. The only negative is a bit of train noises and dogs barking at night, but the host placed white noise machines in every room. This helped tremendously. In short, we will stay here again if we have another convention in San Antonio. It is a great property with a very accommodating host.

David was great. The house is exactly as stated the neighborhood seem to be a little sketchy at first glance but we didn’t have any issues. The coffee bar is fabulous the beds, all the additional supplies, paper towels, trash bags, extended amount of dishes not usual in a VRBO.

Great place for a reading weekend!
The house was great for our needs - quiet place with comfy places to read - and the layout of the house was great. The host checked in a few times to make sure we had gotten in ok and didn't need anything, and the house was clean, renovated, and had a ton of space. Definitely enjoyed the hot tub! It was also within 10-15 min of most downtown things and super convenient. Thanks for the great stay for our book club's reading retreat!!
