Villaer i Saline di Volterra

«We celebrated our silver wedding anniversary there with friends and would do it again. The villa is as described. The pool is high quality and everything is very tastefully decorated. The location and the view are marvellous. Hikes were possible directly from the villa. We also had Maria as our cook and Sandro as our pizza chef. Both were great and spoilt us with their dishes. As it was unfortunately already too cool for us to eat outside in the evenings and mornings, we sat in the living room ...

The location is incredible -- extensive views from both sides of the property; the hilltop village setting is out of a postcard with lovely little streets and nooks to explore; and the local shops, market days, restaurants provide everything needed locally. «Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im schönen Dorf Chiusdino, das Meer ist ca. 1 Stunde entfernt, aber der Pool eignet sich gut zum Baden. Es ist genug Platz für 4 Personen. Der Vermiter Paolo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation war super. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!»

«Wir waren für eine Woche dort, was leider etwas kurz ist, wenn man gerne mal ans Meer oder weiter weg fahren möchte. Zudem ist das Objekt nicht behinderten gerecht, da auch zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer bzw. Nach draußen immer mindestens eine bis zwei Stufen sind. Ansonsten war aber alles top und die Besitzer sehr bemüht uns bei Fragen zur Seite zu stehen! So haben wir beispielsweise auf Frage extra noch einen Grill erhalten.
