«We came to visit for SXM Festival and were very pleased with our stay! There is a market and a bakery across the street for all your basic needs. The view from the beach is beautiful and you can watch the sunrise over the mountains. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio lounge chairs and sunbathing. The pool is only steps away and is clean and refreshing. Regina was especially kind and understanding as we arrived early and needed some extra time to check out. 5 stars!»

«Great location. Two minute walk to the centre of Orient Beach. Isabelle was a gracious host. The room was very clean on arrival. The kitchen was adequate for preparing any meals we wanted. The downside was that this is a very small unit, even for a studio. The dining and living rooms are on the veranda.»

«This property has a very unique look, its literally a small castle and is 10 mins away from the airport and a 5 min walk from Casinos, Nightclubs, Food etc. Frank was also very cordial and helpful.»

«Property was exactly as portrayed in the photos. Great place for two people. Very quiet and right on the beach. The host (Julia) was delightful and easy to deal with. A car is recommended but you can walk to Marigot if you like. Wonderful place - would stay again. Great value for money»

We celebrated our 30th anniversary here and found it a perfect mix of peaceful and quiet relaxation, combined with options for adventures on the beach or nearby in Grand Case or at Pinel Island (not to mention horseback riding on the beach at Le Ranch Du Galion). We found the condo to accurately match the description and loved the view and location with direct access to the beautiful extended long beach at Orient ...

«The apartment is simply amazing. The layout, the furniture and the styling is so good. Super comfy bed and sofa. Amazing bathroom. Great wifi. Washer and dryer, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker. Pool and the sea a short walk away. Just everything you need. But the view simply breathtaking. Just imagine waking up to the sunrise and the sound of the waves. Or sitting on the terrace outside watching the sunset. It’s really hard to describe but you have to stay here to experience it. I loved this ...
