«The family and I had a fun stay at Casa Del Rio. Couple of things to make note of: 1) the unit is on the third floor. Access is via a super-sturdy staircase on the river side of the building. You have to carry everything up. 2) there is a neighbor dog that starts barking around 5am and barks every few minutes until 8am. «Our stay was overall really good.We did get a very wet weekend and we didn't know that to go from the kitchen to the rooms/bathroom we had to pass through the open patio, so we'd get wet and the floor got soaked as we came in and out.Other than that we had a lovely stay! The hot tub worked well, we watched DVDs and were able to prepare all our meals.I'd definitely come back.»

«Very nice riverfront property in a quiet neighborhood near Guerneville on the Russian River. View of the river off the back deck was quite scenic and the hot tub was an added pleasure.The interior was modern , clean and met all our needs. The drive to Santa Rosa was a bit longer than we’d like (About 30 minutes) but we got used to it. We would stay again if we go back to Sonoma county.»

«This is maybe the 5th time my friends and I have stayed at this property. We absolutely love it. It's always super clean, has everything one needs, and the dealing with the owners/manager is a dream!!It's right on the water with beautiful mostly private views. Access to the river when available is so fun, and the hottub is always clean and inviting. I love this place so very much.»

«Location was great. We went to the coast, Sonoma, Napa Healdsburg etc. All directions were convenient. Good communication from the site manager before during and after our stay. They checked in multiple times to make sure our stay was going well.»

«We enjoyed our stay in the house tucked away in the trees. We are from AZ so it was nice to be surrounded by nature. It has a beautiful deck, but it was raining the week we were here, so we couldn’t enjoy it or the fire table. This house would be fun to stay in during the summer because it’s close to the river. It has a great open floor plan and had everything we needed. We couldn’t use the game room downstairs in the garage because it was so cold, but again, this would be a great family house ...

«We stayed for 3 nights in February. Nice cozy home for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. We appreciated the large yard for the dogs. The hot tub was great for a dip at night. The neighborhood was great for mornings walks with the dogs. There's a new playground very close which would be great for little kids.»

«Spent a weekend here with family and friends. The vacation home is beautiful and very tastefully done! Offers spectacular views from front yard and backyard, and lots of entertainment with the game room and swimming pool. David is a warm and welcoming host, very easy to communicate with. «This home and property are absolutely beautiful. We were a group of 10 women and felt that the house accommodated us all well. Every bedroom has a king sized bed and its own bathroom. The outdoor space was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub, but it was a little too cold for the pool even though it was clean and ready to be used. «My wife & I came to Forestville to visit her sister (obviously my Sister-in-Law), her husband & their menagerie of playful pets. We found this beautiful location about one mile from their place, great find. It also happened to overlap w/ our 23rd wedding anniversary & the owners were gracious enough to leave us a bottle of local bubbly in the fridge for us to toast & enjoy. «Especially appreciated that the house was unscented, no perfumes or plug-ins, unscented products used on sheets and towels. The house is bright, even on a rainy day, and a nice light place to go after hiking in the dark redwood Forest all day.»
