A 2-bedroom semi-detached bungalow with private swimming pool in a nice and modern style, well located in a community and near a supermarket for some enjoyable vacation.

The bungalow itself is all on one level. As you enter, you’ll find a comfortable 3-seater chaise-longue, a nice coffee table and a large LED-TV with international Channels and Internet or you just have a look to the beautiful terrace with the pool. You’ll find a dining table for four between the kitchen and the living room.

You’ll find on your right the open plan kitchen fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher (yes, no washing up), microwave, fridge freezer, kettle everything in a nice and clean style.

Both bedrooms have a double-size bed and a built-in-wardrobe. One bedroom has an en-suit bathroom with walk-in-shower. You’ll find a walk-in-shower in the second bathroom as well. The property has centralized Air-Conditioning throughout.

You can access through the living room/kitchen or from outside to a spacious terrace with a big private swimming pool, sun lounges and a comfortable outdoor 8-10-seater sofa with table and shade for those refreshing and relaxing time or for your alfresco dining.

The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.

Pets may be allowed upon request depending on the type, size and number. Please note that additional charges may be applicable.
